Segway B200 E-Bike - Main Wiring Harness Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T20 bit, T30 bit, Corner maker Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Remove two screws M6×16 with T30 bit and corner maker(P1), take out the IOT assembly outward, and disconnect the IOT wiring harness(P2)

Remove three screws M4×12 with T20 bit(P3, P4), take out the dashboard assembly upwards, disconnect the main wiring harness(P5)

Put the frame down, and remove six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(P6), then remove the bottom cover and disconnect the main wiring harness (P7)

Upright the frame, and remove the main wiring harness from the IOT(P8, P9)

Get a new main wiring harness, and route one terminal head downwards to the controller slot at the upper level of the IOT hole slot(P10, P11), and route the long wires of the two terminal heads upwards to the head tube(the handlebar vertical tube can be turned in the appropriate direction to expose the cable hole)(P12), then spring coil of the wiring harness is located at the welding angle of the head tube

Connect the main wiring harness(P13), then install the dashboard assembly and lock three screws M4×12 with T20 bit(Torque: 1.2±0.1N·m)(P14, P15)

Put the frame down, and connect the main wiring harness (P16), then arrange the wiring harnesses and install the cover, and lock six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(in the sequence shown in the following figure)(Torque: 2-4 N·m)(P17)

Upright the frame and connect the wiring harness of the IOT, avoiding the IOT installation hole(with the help of acetate tape, place the wiring harness on both sides)(P18), install the IOT assembly into the frame(P19), and lock two screws M6×16 screws with T30 bit and corner maker(Torque: 3.5-4.0N·m)(P20)

10, 装入电池, 参B200-C004更换电池SOP(P21) Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P21)
