Segway B200 E-Bike - Iot Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T30 bit, Corner maker Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Remove two screws M6×16 with T30 bit and corner maker(P1), take out the IOT assembly outward, and disconnect the IOT cable(P2)

Remove two screws M6×20 with T30 bit(P3), and remove the adapting piece, the rubber part and the IOT assembly(P4)

Take a new IOT with IOT label, install the rubber part, with the rubber part protruding towards the IOT groove(P5), then install the adapting piece(P6) and lock two screws M6×20 with T30 bit(Torque: 3.5-4.0N·m)(P7)

Connect the IOT cable, avoiding the IOT installation holes (with the help of acetate tape, place the wiring harness on both sides)(P8), install the IOT assembly into the frame(P9), and lock two screws M6×16 screws with T30 bit and corner maker(Torque: 3.5-4.0N·m)(P10)

Install the battery(P11), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
