Segway B200 E-Bike - Charging Port Repair Video
Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T30 bit, T20 bit, T10 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
Hold the front basket assembly, use T30 bit to remove the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover from the front basket(P1), and disconnect the headlight wiring harness (P2), then remove the front basket assembly
Lift the charging port plug, and use T10 bit to remove the four screws M3×8 from the charging port mounting plate(P3), then remove the mounting plate(P4)
Turn the Ebike upside down, and use T20 bit to remove the six screws M4×12 from the base cover plate(P5), then remove the base cover plate(P6)
Gently pull the charging port(P7), and observe which wiring harness is moving on the base, then disconnect the wiring harness(P8)
Pull the charging port wiring harness out of the gap to the right of the head tube(P9)
Take a new charging port wiring harness. It is inserted into the gap on the right side of the head tube, through the slot below the inclined tube of the frame, and until it reaches the position of the controller bin at the bottom of the frame(P10)
Connect the wiring harness(P11), and arrange other wiring harnesses in the controller bin to avoid screw holes, then cover the base cover plate(P12)
Use T20 bit to lock the six screws M4×12 on the base cover plate in the sequence shown in the following figure(Torque: 2-4 N·m)(P13)
Position the Ebike upright.The charging port Angle faces down, and the wiring harness card slot is preinstalled in the corresponding card slot of the head tube(P14). Cover the charging port with the charging port mounting plate (jack facing up)(P15), then use T10 bit to lock the four screws M3×8 on the charging port mounting plate(Torque: 0.8±0.1 N·m)(P16)
Cover the charging port plug(P17), hold the front basket assembly, and connect the headlight wiring harness according to the arrow marks(P18), then use T30 bit to lock the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover on the front basket(Torque: 7-9 N·m)(P19)
Install the battery(P20), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
