Use an 8 mm and a 14 mm open wrench respectively to loosen the front and rear brake lock nuts and adjusting nuts (P1, P2), and successively remove the lock nuts, adjusting nuts, lock posts and spring dust cover (P3, P4).

Remove the 2 screws (P5) on the back of the IOT using the T30 bit, extract the IOT(P6), and disconnect the cable connection (P7) on the IOT.

Remove the upper and lower brake line cards, loosen the connector female end of the front and rear brake lines (P8), and disconnect the connection between the front and rear segments of the brake lines (P9).

Remove the label (P10) on the surface of the instrument assembly; Using a T10 bit, remove the 3 screws (P11) from the instrument assembly and locate the connection connector between the instrument assembly and the control cable and disconnect (P12)

Loosen the vertical tube sheath fixing screw with a T30 bit, then move the sheath upward, remove the 3 screws on the vertical tube with the T30 head (P14), and remove the vertical tube assembly by pulling it upward.

Put the frame down, loosen the 6 screws (P16) on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 bit, remove the connecting cable (P17) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Pull the rear brake line out of the hole under the frame (P18) and loosen the hexagon nut (P19) with an 11mm open wrench.

First pull the brake line out of the drum brake fixing hole (P20) and then pull the brake line out of the left fork handle at the rear end of the frame (P21).

Use the heat gun and flat-head screwdriver to remove the label (P22) on the frame, and use a T10 head to loosen the 4 screws on the label bracket (P23).

Take a new rear brake line, insert the non-threaded end of the rear line cable through the hole at the bottom of the left rear fork (P24), along the inside of the fork handle to the controller, across the controller through the holes into the frame transverse tube (P25). Guide the brake cable through the QR code mounting hole, through the front fork tube, to empty out bolt mouth wear to consistent with the front brake line length, Then take 1 of the front fork beam tube rubber plug, first put it on all the cables, then insert it into the hollow nut, and press it to the end; Thread the rear brake line into the drum brake positioning hole (P26) and tighten the hex nut using an 11mm open wrench with a torque of 5-7N·m and a fixed torque of 7N·m.

Take the bottom cover, pass the cable at the base of the charging port through the bottom of the motor cable, and insert the cables terminal of the controller to the bottom of the male end and the outer skin of the female end completely (P27). Install the cover, pay attention to not pressing the cable, and use the T20 bit to lock the six screws on the cover in turn, as shown in the figure (P28), torque: 2-4N·m.

Take the handlebar assembly and vertical tube sheath, the small mouth end of the vertical tube sheath up, screw hole forward into the vertical tube (P29); Connect the brake line from the forehead to the brake line from the tube of the frame with the male and female ends of the connector, and pay attention to the one-to-one matching of colors (P30); Plug the instrument control bus terminal and control bus to the bottom, arrange the cable, plug the instrument into the vertical tube, use T10 bit to lock the three screws (P31) on the front and side of the instrument respectively, torque: 1±0.1N·m, take the instrument label, and stick it in the groove on the instrument.

First tighten the hole between the vertical tube and the vertical tube adapter with the T30 head, then tighten the vertical tube screw with the T30 head & fixed twist drawing line (P32), torque: 10-12N·m; Remove the screws that have just been pretightened, place the vertical tube guard suit in place, align the holes in it with the adapter and vertical tube holes (P33), and lock.

Install the upper and lower brake line card, take IOT, connect IOT cable (P34), IOT down into the vertical tube notch, the bottom first into the notch, and then the whole buckle into the vertical tube, hold IOT to prevent rebound (P35), using T30 bit lock IOT fixed screw & fixed twist (P36), torque: 3.5-4N·m.

Install the front and rear dust caps and lock posts (P37, P38) respectively. For details, see the steps of B100-C006&B100-C007 for installing nuts and adjusting brakes.

Take the two-dimensional code base, align the concave surface under the base toward the transverse pipe of the frame with the screw hole, and use T10 bit to lock 4 screws (P39), torque: 1± 0.1n.m; Attach the two-dimensional code piece along the groove on the front of the base (P40)
