Put the frame down, loosen the 6 screws (P1) on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 batch head, remove the connecting wire (P2) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Remove the two power cable screws (P3) from the controller using the PH1 batch head, remove the waterproof pad from the power terminal, and disconnect other wiring harnesses from the controller (P4). Remove the 4 screws at the bottom of the controller using the T20 batch head (P5)

Take a new controller, smear high conductivity thermal grease on the metal sheet on the back, about 2mm away from the edge, smear thickness of about 2mm, and apply evenly; Note that there is a red wire harness on the controller. Fix the red wire harness with the controller base by screws (P6) and lock it with T20 batch head. Torque: 1.8±0.15N·m. Take the waterproof pad of the power terminal and preinstall it on the controller interface with the cap facing upwards. Install the power male connector terminal on the controller, red connector + pole, lock the two screws (P7) with the PH1 batch head, torque: 1.8± 0.15n.m, then cover the waterproof pad; Other wiring harnesses on the controller correspond one to one according to the color label on the wiring harness. When inserting cables, pay attention to the direction of the wiring harness interface. After all wiring harnesses on the controller are connected, arrange them according to the diagram. Note that all wiring harnesses should not be bent or broken close to the root of the terminal to avoid damage to the wiring harnesses. All wiring harnesses should not be crossed or wound (P8).

Take the bottom cover, pass the wiring harness at the base of the charging port through the bottom of the motor wire, and insert the wiring harness terminal of the controller to the bottom of the male end and the outer skin of the female end completely (P9). Cover the cover, pay attention to not pressing the wire, and use the T20 batch head to lock the six screws on the cover in turn, as shown in the figure (P10), torque: 2-4N·m.
