Mobile App Guide

The Levy Fleets mobile app allows customers to find, unlock, and ride vehicles in your fleet. This guide covers everything from downloading the app to earning loyalty rewards.

Overview

The mobile app provides a complete customer experience:

  • Find vehicles - Map view shows available vehicles nearby
  • Unlock and ride - Scan QR code or enter vehicle number
  • Pay seamlessly - Wallet, cards, and packages for payment
  • Earn rewards - Loyalty points and tier benefits

Getting Started

Downloading the App

Open App Store

Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Search for App

Search for your fleet's branded app name.

Install

Tap Install or Get to download.

Open App

Open the app once installation completes.

Registration

The app uses phone number verification for secure, passwordless login.

Enter Phone Number

Enter your mobile phone number with country code.

Receive Verification Code

You'll receive a 6-digit SMS code.

Enter Code

Enter the code to verify your phone.

Complete Profile

Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

Why Phone Verification?

Phone verification ensures account security and enables quick, passwordless login. Your phone number is also used for ride receipts and support.

Identity Verification

Some fleets require identity verification before your first ride.

  1. Tap Verify Identity when prompted
  2. Take a photo of your government ID
  3. Take a selfie for facial matching
  4. Wait for verification (usually instant)

Finding Vehicles

Map View

The main screen shows a map with available vehicles:

  • Vehicle markers - Tap to see vehicle details
  • Current location - Blue dot shows your position
  • Zones - Colored areas indicate service zones
  • Battery level - Icon shows charge level

Vehicle Details

Tap a vehicle marker to see:

Vehicle NumberUnique identifier (e.g., V001)
Battery LevelPercentage of charge remaining
DistanceHow far away the vehicle is
Vehicle TypeScooter, e-bike, etc.

Finding Vehicles Nearby

The app only shows vehicles:

  • Within the service area
  • With sufficient battery
  • That are available (not in use or maintenance)

If no vehicles appear, try:

  1. Move to a different location
  2. Check if you're within the service area
  3. Wait a few minutes and refresh

Starting a Ride

Scan QR Code

Tap Scan Button

Tap the Scan button on the main screen.

Aim at QR Code

Point your camera at the QR code on the vehicle.

Confirm Unlock

Review the pricing and tap Unlock.

Wait for Unlock

The vehicle will unlock and be ready to ride.

Enter Vehicle Number

If you can't scan the QR code:

  1. Tap Enter Code instead of scanning
  2. Type the vehicle number (shown on the vehicle)
  3. Confirm and unlock

Pre-Ride Checklist

Before riding, verify:

  • Brakes work properly
  • Tires are inflated
  • Lights function (if riding at night)
  • Battery level is sufficient for your trip
  • No visible damage

Report Issues

If you find a problem with the vehicle, report it in the app before riding. You won't be charged if you report and don't ride.

During Your Ride

Active Ride Screen

While riding, the app shows:

  • Duration - How long you've been riding
  • Cost - Running total of ride cost
  • Map - Your current location
  • Controls - Pause, headlight, end ride

Pausing Your Ride

Need to stop temporarily?

  1. Tap Pause on the ride screen
  2. Vehicle will lock
  3. Tap Resume when ready to continue
  4. Vehicle unlocks and ride continues

Pause Charges

Some fleets charge a reduced rate during pauses. Check your local pricing.

Headlight Control

For vehicles with headlights:

  1. Tap the headlight icon
  2. Toggle lights on/off
  3. Use at night or in low visibility

Group Rides

Riding with friends? Add them to your ride:

  1. Start your ride normally
  2. Tap Add Rider
  3. Scan additional vehicles
  4. All vehicles are linked to your account
  5. You pay for the entire group

Ending Your Ride

Proper Parking

Before ending your ride:

  1. Find a safe, legal parking spot
  2. Avoid blocking sidewalks or entrances
  3. Check for designated parking zones
  4. Take a photo if required

Ending the Ride

Tap End Ride

Tap the red End Ride button.

Park Properly

Follow on-screen parking instructions.

Take Photo (if required)

Photograph the parked vehicle.

Confirm End

Tap Confirm to complete the ride.

Ride Receipt

After ending, you'll see:

Parking Rewards

End in a preferred parking zone to earn bonus loyalty points:

  • Look for marked zones on the map
  • Higher multipliers in high-demand areas
  • Points added automatically to your account

Wallet & Payments

Wallet Balance

Your wallet is the primary payment method:

  • View balance on the Wallet tab
  • Funds deducted automatically during rides
  • Add funds anytime

Adding Funds

Open Wallet

Tap the Wallet tab.

Tap Add Funds

Select an amount to add.

Choose Payment Method

Select a saved card or add a new one.

Confirm Payment

Complete the transaction.

Auto Top-Up

Never run out of funds:

  1. Go to Wallet settings
  2. Enable Auto Top-Up
  3. Set your preferred amount
  4. Funds added automatically when balance is low

Saved Payment Methods

Manage your cards:

  • Add new cards securely via Stripe
  • Set a default payment method
  • Remove old or expired cards

Ride Packages

Purchase prepaid packages for savings:

  1. Go to Packages tab
  2. Browse available packages
  3. Purchase desired package
  4. Package benefits apply to rides automatically

Loyalty Program

Earning Points

Earn loyalty points by:

  1. Tap Loyalty tab

  • Free unlocks - Next unlock is free
  • Discounts - Reduced per-minute rate
  • Points multiplier - Earn faster

Ride History

Viewing Past Rides

  1. Tap History or My Rides
  2. Browse your ride list
  3. Tap a ride for details

Ride Details

Each ride shows:

  • Start and end locations
  • Duration and distance
  • Cost breakdown
  • Vehicle used
  • Date and time

Downloading Receipts

  1. Open ride details
  2. Tap Download Receipt or Email Receipt
  3. Save or share as needed

In-App Help

Get help directly in the app:

  1. Tap Support or Help
  2. Browse help articles
  3. Contact support if needed

Reporting Issues

For vehicle or ride issues:

  1. Go to Support
  2. Select the ride or vehicle
  3. Describe the issue
  4. Submit your report

Account Settings

Profile Management

Update your information:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (requires re-verification)

Privacy Settings

Manage your data:

  • View data collected
  • Request data export
  • Delete account

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm deletion
  4. Account and data are permanently removed

Irreversible Action

Account deletion is permanent. Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited. Consider withdrawing funds first.

Can't Find Vehicles
