Pay an Outstanding Balance

If you have a negative wallet balance (outstanding amount owed), you can settle it by adding a payment card online. No app download is required — just use the link below.

How to Pay

Visit fleets.levyelectric.com/add-card and follow these steps:

1

Enter Your Information

Enter the name and email address associated with your Levy account.

2

Add a Payment Card

Enter your credit or debit card details in the secure Stripe form.

3

Balance Automatically Charged

Once your card is saved, any outstanding negative balance is automatically charged to the card. You'll see a confirmation with the amount paid.

No App Needed

You do not need to download or re-download the Levy app to pay an outstanding balance. The add-card page works in any web browser on your phone or computer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have an outstanding balance?

A negative wallet balance occurs when ride charges exceed the funds in your wallet. For example, if your wallet had $10.00 and a ride cost $15.40, you would have a -$5.40 balance. This amount is owed to Levy.

What happens after I pay?

Once your card is charged:

  • Your wallet balance returns to $0.00 (or positive if you had partial credit)
  • Your account is in good standing
  • You can start new rides again

What if my card is declined?

If the charge fails after adding your card, you'll see a message letting you know. Try a different card or contact support at support@levyelectric.com.

I received a collections notice — what should I do?

Visit fleets.levyelectric.com/add-card to add a card and settle the balance. If you believe the charge is incorrect, contact support@levyelectric.com with your account details and we'll review it.

Is this page secure?

Yes. Card details are collected directly by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Levy never sees or stores your full card number.

For Support Agents

When a customer needs to pay an outstanding balance, direct them to:

https://fleets.levyelectric.com/add-card

Key details:

  • The page is public (no login required)
  • Customer enters their name and email to look up their account
  • After adding a card, any negative wallet balance is automatically charged
  • If the charge succeeds, charged: true and amount_charged are returned
  • If the charge fails (e.g., insufficient funds), the card is still saved but the balance remains

Do not tell customers to re-download the app just to pay a balance — the web page is simpler and faster.
