Use 8mm and 14mm wrenches to remove the locknut and adjusting nut (P1) holding the rear brake line respectively, then remove the lock post and dust jacket; Remove the IOT by removing the two screws holding it in place using the T30 batch head (P2), pulling out the IOT and disconnecting the IOT wiring harness (P3).

Remove the brake cable clamp in the IOT hole (P4), release the black rear brake cable box (P5), and disconnect the rear brake cable (P6).

Use T20 batch head to remove the cover fixing screw (P7) and remove the cover; Pull out the right handle sleeve (P8); Use the PH1 batch head to loosen the screw (P9) holding the sleeve limit ring and remove the sleeve limit ring.

Remove the two screws holding the headlight (P10) using the T20 batch head; Remove one screw (P11) from front of dashboard assembly using T10 batch head, remove label (P12) from front of dashboard assembly using T10 batch head, remove 2 screws (P13)

Pull out the instrument assembly, locate the throttle dial harness with purple label and disconnect (P14); Use the H3 batch head to loosen the screw holding the accelerator finger (P15), use tweezers to pull out the accelerator wire harness (P16) and pull out the accelerator finger (P17).

Remove the screw holding the brake handle assembly with T30 batch head (P18), pull out the brake handle assembly, hold the brake handle firmly, remove the brake wire from the grip grip with needle-nose pliers (P20), remove the brake wire from the round hole of the brake handle, use a 2mm hex wrench, loosen the screw holding the brake wire (P20)

Locate the blue harness of the right brake handle assembly, disconnect it from the dashboard assembly (P21), and remove the right brake handle assembly (P22) outward.

Take the new right brake handle assembly, put the brake handle harness through the handlebar baffle, and draw out from the instrument hole (P23); Pull the steel wire at the cylindrical end of the brake line out of the casing and insert it into the round hole of the brake handle assembly (P24). Use a 2mm hexagonal wrench to lock the screw (P25) with a torque of 0.7±0.1N·m.

Install the right brake handle assembly in place, connect the brake handle wiring harness with the wire harness on the instrument assembly (P26), use T30 lot head to lock the screw that comes with the brake handle (P27), torque 5-6N·m; Put the finger toggle handle into the right handle of the riser assembly (it means that the finger toggle handle has three raised sides towards the outside of the handlebar and the finger toggle button is far away from the brake handle side and parallel to the brake handle), put the finger toggle harness through the cross pipe hole and out through the forehead headlight hole (P28), find the wire harness on the instrument assembly and the accelerator butt (P29), and butt it to the end.

Insert the sleeve fixing ring into the right handle, align the three grooves of the fixing ring with the three protrudes on the finger dial, align the sleeve fixing ring with the screw hole on the cross of the handle, and use PH1 batch head to lock the screw (P30) that comes with the sleeve fixing ring with a torque of 0.5-0.6N·m; The locking screw (P31) of the throttle finger is locked with the H3 batch head, and the torque is 0.8-1N·m; Take the right handle of the sleeve, put the sleeve bulge into the groove of the fixing ring of the sleeve until it completely covers the limit ring (P32), take the cover end cap, and use T20 lot head to lock the cover end screw (P33) with a torque of 2± 0.2N·m.

The wiring harness was arranged between the headlight hole and the IOT in the riser (P34), and the two screws fixing the headlight (P35) were locked with the T20 batch head, and the torque was 1±0.1N·m. The instrument assembly is installed in place, and the three screws (P36, P37) holding the instrument assembly are locked using the T10 batch head. Torque is 1±0.1N·m. Label the surface of the dashboard assembly.

From the IOT gap of the riser, align the brake wire according to the same color, expose the lower brake wire wire from the female end of the brake wire connector, make the six prism wire hammer on the wire into the wire clamp slot (P38), and then tighten, screw the male and female ends of the upper and lower brake wire connector together; Pretwist by hand first, and then use a fixed twist wrench to set the twist, torque: 1.0-1.3N·m; Separate the front and rear brake cables. Place one brake cable above the threaded hole at the top of the IOT and the other cable below the threaded hole at the bottom of the IOT (P39). Plug the center control harness in the left and right brake cable gaps.

Take the IOT, butt the IOT harness to the bottom (P40), load the IOT into the riser hole, first into the lower end, then into the upper end (P41), using T30 batch head lock the two screws to secure the IOT (P42), torque 3.5-4N·m.
