Use APP to open the battery compartment cover and remove the battery; Remove the rubber pad from the rear fender (P1) and use the T20 batch head to remove the 4 screws holding the cover plate in the control area (P2) and remove the cover plate; Remove the 6 screws holding the rear fender assembly (P3) using a T20 batch head.
Remove rear fender assembly and disconnect taillight harness connection (P4); Use T20 batch head to loosen the 3 screws holding the motor (P5) and unplug the 4 wiring harnesses (P6) inserted on the side of the controller.
Remove the battery lock using the three screws (P7) holding the battery lock with the T20 batch head; Use the T20 batch head to remove the two screws (P8) securing the battery lock cover. Remove the battery lock cover.
Use T20 batch head to remove the 4 screws (P9) on the back of the controller and pull the controller out; Loosen the two nuts (P10) secured to the side of the controller using a 7mm hex socket wrench to remove the old controller.
Install the red wiring harness to the + pole, the black wiring harness to the - pole, and the red wiring harness close to the plug end. Use a 7mm sleeve to tighten the two nuts with a torque of 2±0.2N·m. Install the waterproof pad of the power terminal on the male power terminal (P13), and press to the bottom.
Apply high conductivity thermal grease evenly on the back of the controller. Take four stainless steel square nuts and install them from the top of the controller to the four corner nut holes (P14) facing the bottom of the controller. Align the controller with the screw holes and install it on the rear side of the rear partition board of the battery bin. Use the T20 batch head to tighten four screws (P15) with a torque force of 1.5±0.2N·m; Guide the controller/power harness plug to the front of the battery bin (P16) through the upper gap on the right side of the battery bin. At the same time, insert the plug of the charging port to the bottom according to the color (yellow) interface pair.
Take the battery lock anti-theft sheet and battery lock decoration cover and install them according to the imitation. Use T20 batch head to lock the two screws (P17) fixing the decoration cover with a torque of 1.5± 0.2N·m; Take the battery lock, thread the battery lock harness out of the battery bin hole to the controller area (P18), and use T20 to tighten the three screws (P19) fixing the battery lock with a torque of 1.5± 0.2N·m; Arrange the wiring harness in the controller area and plug it in turn according to the color of the plug. From left to right, it is: gray: motor wiring harness, red: taillight wiring harness, blue: battery lock wiring harness, green: main control wiring harness, yellow: power cord (P20)
Take the waterproof plug of the phase line of the motor and preinstall it on the interface, with the cap facing upward and the cap side facing the parking space (P21). Install the power plug terminal on the controller (the square hole side facing the controller). According to the color of the wire harness and the color labeled on the controller, blue, brown and yellow are displayed from left to right. The T20 batch head is used to lock the three screws (P22) fixing the power socket, and the torque is 1.5± 0.2N·m.
Take the rear fender assembly, connect the fender wiring harness to the red interface on the controller (P23), install the rear fender in place, use T20 batch head lock 6 screws (P24), add 1 flat washers to each of the two screws at the tail, torque 1.5±0.2N·m; The T20 batch heads are used to successively lock the four screws (P25) fixing the cover of the control area with a torque force of 1.5±0.2N·m; Take the new rear fender foot pad, attach it flat, and press it flat with hand (P26), without wrinkles and warping.
