Use 8mm and 14mm wrenches to remove the lock nut and adjustment nut (P1) holding the rear brake wire, respectively, then remove the lock post and dust jacket.

Remove the rubber pad (P2) from the rear fender, use the T20 batch head to remove the 4 screws (P3) holding the control area cover plate, use the T20 batch head to remove the 6 screws holding the rear fender assembly after removing the control area cover plate (P4)

Remove control area cover plate, remove rear fender assembly, disconnect rear taillight harness (P5)

Lower the frame and use T20 batch heads to remove the 2 screws (P6, P7) holding the rear trim cover; After righting the frame, use the T20 batch head to remove the other 3 screws of the rear trim cover (P8) in the controller area and pull back the rear trim cover (P9).

Use a flat-head screwdriver to lift off the rear reflector reflector (P10). Use the H4 hex socket head to remove the two screws (P11) that secure the rear reflector holder. Remove the rear reflector with the same operation on both sides.

Use an 11mm open end wrench to remove the nut holding the rear brake cable to the rear drum brake (P12) and pull the rear brake cable out of the drum brake (P13)

Remove the screws holding the drum brake (P14) using the H4 batch head, and remove the nuts and positioning gaskets holding the rear wheel using an 18mm wrench, doing the same on both sides. Do not remove the rear wheel from the frame after removing the nuts.

Use T20 batch heads to remove the 3 motor wire screws (P15) fixed to the controller and disconnect the motor wire harness (P16) on the far left side of the controller; Remove the rear wheel from the frame by pulling the harness on the rear wheel motor from the frame controller (P17).

Take the new motor assembly of the rear wheel hub and the rear wheel drum brake, install the rear wheel drum brake in the fixed slot of the motor wheel hub (P18), manually press the drum brake pull rod twice, and then manually rotate without holding, and press the brake disc to brake normally and no noise; The rear hub motor assembly of the pre-installed rear drum brake is located on the right side of the body, the drum brake pull rod is towards the rear end of the body, the motor harness is located on the left side of the body, the motor harness outlet is towards the front end of the body (P19), and the motor shaft is installed on the frame, and the motor shaft is completely stuck in the opening on the frame.

Insert the Angle of the positioning gasket on both sides of the rear wheel into the frame limit hole (P20), then apply blue thread glue to the shaft thread, at least 180°, four teeth; Take the nut that comes with the rear wheel motor and install it on the wheel shaft (P21), use an 18mm wrench to tighten; Align the drum brake with the screw hole of the frame, take 1 hexagonal countersunk head screws M6*16, use H4 batch head lock (P22), torque 4-5N·m, lock the just pre-tightened rear wheel motor nut, torque 45N·m.

Thread the motor wire and Hall wire through the left side of the vehicle to the controller area (P23); Align the rear trim cover with the battery compartment and the frame with the screw holes, and the edges are flush with the battery compartment. Use T20 batch head locking to secure the 5 screws (P24, P25, P26) of the rear trim cover with a torque of 0.9-1N·m.

Insert the Hall harness terminal (black) of the rear motor until the outer skin of the male end and the female end are fully in contact (P27); Take the waterproof plug of the motor phase cable base and preinstall it on the interface with the cap mouth facing up and the cap side facing the parking space. Install the power male cable terminal on the controller (the square hole side facing the controller), which is blue, brown, and yellow from left to right. Use the T20 batch head to lock the three screws (P28), and the torque is 1.5±0.2N·m.

Put the brake wire stud end through the fixing hole on the rear drum brake, take the M7 hexagon flange tooth nut (P29), use an 11mm wrench to tighten and set the torque, 4-4.5N·m.

Take the rear fork end covers on both sides, with the opening screw holes facing backward, and align them with the screw holes (P30) on the frame. Lock them with the H4 group head and the torque is 1.5±0.2N·m. Take the side reflector assembly (P31), and align the decorative cover clips with the rear fork end covers. After installation, the decorative cover clips are all installed in place.

Take the rear fender assembly, connect the fender wiring harness with the red plug wiring harness on the controller (P32), arrange the wiring harness, install the rear fender in place, and use the T20 lot head to successively lock the 6 screws (P33) fixing the rear fender assembly with a torque of 1.5±0.2N·m; Take the cover plate of the control area, use T20 batch head to lock the 4 screws (P34), and the torque is 1.5±0.2N·m; Take the new rear fender foot pad, a...
