How to replace the rear cover of the handlebar and the combination switches

Tool preparation: PH1 bit, PH2 bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 5.45mm pentagonal bit, tweezers Part 1: Disassembly Remove the rearview mirror Power off the moped, remove 1 screw M830 with 5.45mm Pentagonal bit, then take out the left rearview mirror. And remove the right rearview mirror in the same way. Remove the front cover of the handlebar Remove 4 screws ST4.212 on the bottom of the handlebar cover with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, hold the front cover and knock down the joint of the front and rear covers with the fist, then take out the front cover. Remove the dashboard assembly Remove 4 screws on the dashboard with PH2 bit, turn the dashboard and disconnect the wires on both side of the dashboard, remove 2 screws ST2.910 with PH1 bit and remove the wiring harness clamp, then pull off the main wiring harness and remove the dashboard assembly. Remove the rear cover of the handlebar Remove 2 screws ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit on both side of the handlebar, and take out the trims of the rear cover. Disconnect the wire harness of the right combination switch, and remove 4 screws ST4.212 and a clamp with PH2 bit, then take out the rear cover of the handlebar. Remove the combination switch Remove 2 clips with the tweezers. Remove 4 screws ST4.210 with PH1 bit, and take out the right combination switch Remove 4 screws ST4.210 with PH1 bit, and take out the right combination switch Part 2: Assembly Install the combination switch Take the new rear cover of the handlebar, put the right combination switch harness through the rear cover of handlebar, align the screws hole, fasten 4 screws ST2.910 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·M Put the left combination switch harness through the rear cover of handlebar, align the screws hole, fasten 4 screws ST2.910 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·M Install 2 self-tapping clips with the smooth end facing out on the cover. Install the rear cover of the handlebar Install the rear cover of the handlebar on the handlebar, and fasten 4 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·M, and then connect and arrange the wire harness. Pay attention to the screw and clamp at the lower right corner. Install the rear cover trim of the handlebar, and fasten 2 screws ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·m Install the dashboard assembly Connect the wiring harness on both side of the dashboard, then connect the main wiring harness, install the wiring harness clamp and fasten 2 screws ST4.210 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·M. Install the dashboard in place, fasten 2 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit on both side of the dashboard, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·M. then fasten 2 screws ST4.214 with PH2 bit on the middle of the dashboard, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·M. Install the front cover of the handlebar Install the front cover onto the handlebar, clasp together with the rear cover, and then fasten four screws st4.212 with a 3.95mm bit. The torque is 1.9-2.7N·m Install rearview mirror Install the left rearview mirror on the handlebar, Align the screw holes, install the bolt M830, and fasten it with 5.45mm Pentagonal bit, Torque: 22-30N·M, then install the right rearview mirror in the same way.
