Segway B200 E-Bike - Front Basket Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T30 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Hold the front basket assembly, use T30 bit to remove the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover from the front basket(P1), and disconnect the headlight wiring harness (P2), then remove the front basket assembly

Get the new front basket assembly, and connect the headlight wiring harness according to the arrow marks(P3), then use T30 bit to lock the four screws M6×20 and black decorative cover on the front basket(Torque: 7-9 N·m)(P4)

Install the battery(P5), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
