Segway B200 E-Bike - Controller Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T20 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Put the frame down, remove six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(P1), and remove the bottom cover(P2)

Disconnect the wire harness on the controller, remove two screws M4×10 from the power cable with T20 bit, and remove the power cable(P3). Remove four screws M4×12 with T20 bit(P4), then remove the controller(P5)

Take a new controller, smear high conductivity thermal grease on the metal sheet on the back, about 2mm away from the edge, smear thickness of about 2mm, and apply evenly(P6); Note that there is a red wire harness on the controller. Fix the red wire harness with the controller base by screws M4×12 (P7) and lock it with T20 bit. Torque: 1.8±0.15N·m. Install the power cable on the controller, red connector + pole, lock the two screws M4×10 (P8) with T20 bit, Torque: 1.8± 0.15N·m

Connect other harnesses on the controller according to the color on the harness, and pay attention to the direction of the harness interface when inserting wires (P9); Organize the wiring harness and make sure that it does not bend tightly against the base of the terminal to avoid damaging the wiring harness. All wiring harnesses must not be crossed or tangled(P10). Then install the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit to lock six screws M4×12, Torque: 2-4N·m(P11)

Install the battery(P12), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
