Put the body down, use T20 batch head to loosen the six screws on the bottom cover plate of the vehicle (P1), remove the connecting cable of the bottom charger port (P2), remove the bottom cover plate; Find the connecting wire harness of the central axis of the torque (with a yellow label on the wire harness) and disconnect (P3)

Remove the left and right crank bolts (P4) with 8mm pentagon hollow bit head. After removing the bolts, use the horse grasping tool and put it into the crank (P5). Rotate the horse with the open wrench and remove the left and right crank (P6).

Remove the 3 fixing screws from the chain cover using T20 batch head and remove the chain cover (P7, P8).

Clamp the nut with the gear disassembly tool and anti-fall device, and then turn clockwise with the screw wrench to remove the gear disassembly nut (P9, P10).

Remove the rear fork decorative cover label, use T20 batch head to remove the left and right rear fork decorative cover (P11), and use 10mm wrench to loosen the fixing screws of the left and right chain adjustor (P12).

After loosening the chain, remove the tooth plate (P13), use the special tool for the tooth bowl, rotate clockwise to loosen the right tooth bowl (P14), and pull out the central axis of torque.

Take a new torque central axis and right tooth bowl, align the right tooth bowl with the tooth of the central axis of torque and install it on the central axis of torque (P15), and install it on the bottom without gap; The torque shaft toothless tooth end from the right side of the frame through, from the left tooth bowl through, the central axis toward the rear from the frame out of the hole (P16), use the brush in the right tooth bowl thread daub blue thread glue, not less than 180 degrees, not less than 3 teeth, use the central shaft wrench counterclockwise lock right tooth bowl, using a fixed twist wrench, torque: 45N·m; After installation, manually rotate the central axis of the torque, which can be easily rotated.

Take the gear plate, the raised side of the gear plate towards the right tooth bowl, the teeth are aligned with the right tooth bowl teeth and press to the end (P17), take the lock nut, use the brush to apply blue medium strength thread glue on the thread, no less than 180°, no less than 3 teeth, through the torque shaft to install on the gear plate, use a special sleeve fastening, torque 30-35N·m, Then use the fixed torsion wrench to set the torsion 33N·m, check whether the gear plate can rotate normally after installation, check whether the gear plate and the frame interference; Put the chain through the right frame to the gear plate and the rear flywheel.

Fix the chain adjuster buckle to the rear of the frame, adjust the nut with a 10mm wrench, so that the number of screws exposed by the chain adjuster on the left and right sides is equal (P18); Take the left and right rear decorative covers and install them on the rear axle of the frame. The notch of the decorative covers faces back, and the screw holes are aimed at the frame holes. Use T20 head to fix the screws (P19) on both sides, and the torsion force is 1.1±0.1N·m. Take the rear fork decoration label (P20) and attach it to the groove of the decoration cover. The stickers should be flat, without bubbles, warped edges, creases or scratches.

Take the chain cover and install it on the right side of the frame (P21). The screw holes of the chain cover are aligned with the screw holes of the frame. Use the T20 batch head to lock the three screws with a torque of 1±0.1N·m.

Take the left and right crank (P22) and apply blue medium thread glue to at least 5 teeth at 360°. Tighten with 8mm pentagon hollow batch head with a torsion force of 35±2N·m and a fixed torsion of 37N·m after locking.

Invert the frame and find the wire harness connection (P23) of the central axis of torque at the bottom of the controller; Take the bottom cover, pass the cable harness of the charging port base under the motor cable, insert it into the controller cable harness terminal until it completely touches the outer cover of the male and female ends (P24), cover the cover, do not press the cable, and use the T20 group head to lock the six screws on the cover one by one, as shown in Figure P25. Torque force: 2-4N·m.
