Remove the 2 screws (P1) on the back of the IOT using the T30 batch head, extract the IOT(P2), and disconnect the wire harness connection (P3) on the IOT.

Remove the upper and lower brake line cards, loosen the connector female end of the front and rear brake lines (P8), and disconnect the connection between the front and rear segments of the brake lines (P9).

Remove the label (P10) on the surface of the instrument assembly; Using the T10 head, remove the 3 screws (P11) from the instrument assembly and locate the connection connector between the instrument assembly and the control wiring harness and disconnect (P12)

Move the vertical tube sheath up with the T30 head loose sleeve fixing screw (P13), remove the 3 screws on the vertical tube with the T30 head (P14), and remove the vertical tube assembly in the upward direction (P15).

Put the body down, loosen the 6 screws (P16) on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 batch head, remove the connecting wire (P17) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Find the main bundle on the controller connection wire and disconnect the main bundle (P18); To straighten the wheel, first take out the rubber plug of the front fork beam tube, and then pull the main bundle out of the front fork head tube (P19)

Use the heat gun and flat-head screwdriver to remove the label (P20) on the frame, and use T10 head to loosen the 4 screws on the label bracket (P21).

Take the new control bus, insert the single end through the hollow bolt port on the vertical tube adapter, and feed the control wire harness to the controller position (P22).

Insert the control bus and controller wire harness to the bottom (P23), sort out the wire harness, and plug the wire harness into the frame hole (P24).

Take the bottom cover, first connect the wiring harness at the base of the charging port (P25), cover the cover, and lock the six screws on the cover successively with T20 heads, as shown in the figure (P26), torque: 2-4N·m.

Take the handlebar assembly and vertical tube sheath, the small mouth end of the vertical tube sheath up, screw hole forward into the vertical tube (P27); Connect the brake line from the forehead to the brake line from the head pipe of the frame with the male and female ends of the connector, and pay attention to the one-to-one matching of colors (P28); Plug the instrument control bus terminal and control bus to the bottom, tidy up the wiring harness, plug the instrument into the vertical tube, and use T10 batch head to lock the three screws (P29) on the front and side of the instrument, torque: 1±0.1N·m.

First tighten the hole between the vertical tube and the vertical tube adapter with the T30 head, then tighten the vertical tube screw with the T30 head & fixed twist drawing line (P30), torque: 10-12N·m; Remove the screws that have just been pretightened, place the vertical tube guard suit in place, align the holes in it with the adapter and vertical tube holes (P31), and lock.

Install the upper and lower brake line card, take IOT, connect IOT wire harness (P32), IOT down into the vertical tube notch, the bottom first into the notch, and then the whole buckle into the vertical tube, hold IOT to prevent rebound (P33), using T30 batch head lock IOT fixed screw & fixed twist (P34), torque: 3.5-4N·m.

Install the front and rear dust caps and lock posts (P35, P36) respectively. For details, see the steps of B100-C006&B100-C007 for installing nuts and adjusting brakes.

Take the two-dimensional code base, align the concave surface under the base toward the transverse pipe of the frame with the screw hole, and use T10 batch head to lock 4 screws (P37), torque: 1± 0.1n.m; Attach the two-dimensional code piece along the groove on the front of the base (P38)
