Remove the 2 screws (P5) on the back of the IOT using the T30 batch head, draw out the IOT(P6) and disconnect the wire harness connection (P7) on the IOT.

Remove the upper and lower brake line cards, loosen the connector female end of the front and rear brake lines (P8), and disconnect the connection between the front and rear segments of the brake lines (P9).

Remove the label (P10) on the surface of the instrument assembly; Using the T10 head, remove the 3 screws (P11) from the instrument assembly and locate the connection connector between the instrument assembly and the control wiring harness and disconnect (P12)

Move the vertical tube sheath up with the T30 head loose sleeve fixing screw (P13), remove the 3 screws on the vertical tube with the T30 head (P14), and remove the vertical tube assembly in the upward direction (P15).

Put the frame down, loosen the 6 screws (P16) on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 batch head, remove the connecting wire (P17) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Find the main bundle on the controller connection wire and disconnect the main bundle (P18); To straighten the wheel, first take out the rubber plug of the front fork beam tube, and then pull the main bundle out of the front fork head tube (P19)

Put the frame down and draw the rear brake line out from the bottom of the frame (P20)

Remove the front fender by loosening the 5 screws (P21, P22, P23) on the front fender using T20 batch head.

Use the T30 set screws (P25) on the loose end of the tube adapter, then use a 26mm open wrench to loosen the hollow bolt (P24) on the front fork, and remove the hollow bolt + flat washer. Remove the vertical tube adapter + dust cover assembly + open holding ring upward (P26); Remove front fork from frame downward (P27)

Use 2 T45 batch heads to loosen the bolt holding the front wheel (P28), remove the front axle, remove the front wheel + drum brake, and remove the front fork.

Take the new front fork, will first drum brake brake lines along the front fork on the left side, the limit from top tube wear a brake line, drum brake assembly again to the front wheel assembly, drum brake limit raised and the shaft collar card into the front fork groove, hole placed on either side of the center hole on the front fork (P29), take a front wheel axle, from the hole in the side of the drum brake fork into and through the central hole of the front wheel, front axle bolt, Apply red high-strength thread glue and tighten with T45 head (T30) with a torque of 35-40N·m. Then use a fixed wrench to fix 38N·m. Note that both sides should be fixed.

Wear the front fork assembly set into the head tube, mouth hold close circle, the small end of the next set of wear on the front fork shaft until contact with the bearing completely (P31), then take dust cover suite on the front axle, take a stand pipe connecting parts, fit the grooves on the front fork shaft and screw holes aligned, take flat washer set into the front fork hollow bolt (P32), with 1262 threads above 5 teeth, Lock the vertical tube adapter to the front fork standpipe, and use a 26mm open fixed wrench to fix the twist. Torque: 32N·m. The T30 head is used to lock the two screws (T33) on the side of the vertical tube adapter. The fastening method is bottom-up, the torque is 14±1N·m, and the fixed torsion is 14N·m twice.

Use a heat gun with a flat-head screwdriver to remove the label (P34) on the frame, and use T10 head to loosen the 4 screws on the label bracket (P35).

The rear brake line is threaded through the controller through the hole into the frame transverse pipe (P36), and the brake line is threaded through the hole in the two-dimensional code using tweezers, then threaded into the front fork riser, and the middle bolt is threaded out to the same length as the front brake line. Take the control bus, insert the single end through the hollow bolt port on the riser adapter, and feed the control wire harness to the controller position (P37). Then take 1 of the front fork beam tube rubber plugs, first cover all the wire harnesses, then insert them into the hollow nut, and press to the bottom.

Insert the control bus and controller wire harness to the bottom (P38), sort out the wire harness, and plug the wire harness into the frame hole (P39)

Take the bottom cover, first connect the wiring harness at the base of the charging port (P40), cover the cover, and use T20 batch heads to lock the six screws on the cover successively, as shown in the figure (P41), torque: 2-4N·m.

The fender was taken, the screw holes were aligned, and the 5 screws (P42, P43, P44) of the fender were locked with T20 head. The torque was 1.2±0.1N·m.
