Dashboard Overview
The Levy Fleets dashboard is your central command center for managing your entire fleet operation. This guide walks you through every section, feature, and tool available to help you monitor and optimize your business.
Accessing the Dashboard
After logging in at your Levy Fleets URL, you'll land on the main dashboard. The dashboard is designed to give you an immediate snapshot of your fleet's health and recent activity.
Subaccount Selection
If you manage multiple locations (subaccounts), you'll see a subaccount selector in the top-left corner. Select a specific subaccount to filter all data, or choose "Global" (for super admins) to see aggregated data across all locations.
Main Dashboard Layout
The dashboard is organized into several key sections, each providing specific insights into your operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI Cards)
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four primary metric cards showing your 30-day performance:
Rides (30 Days)
- What it shows: Total number of rides completed in the last 30 days
- Comparison: Percentage change compared to the previous 30-day period
- Color coding: Green arrow for increase, red for decrease
- Click action: Navigates to the Rides page with the date filter applied
New Customers
- What it shows: Number of new customer registrations in the last 30 days
- Comparison: Percentage change versus previous period
- Why it matters: Indicates growth and marketing effectiveness
- Click action: Navigates to the Customers page
Revenue (30 Days)
- What it shows: Total revenue generated from rides and services
- Format: Displayed in USD with proper formatting
- Comparison: Percentage change from previous period
- Click action: Can navigate to billing/analytics
Active Vehicles
- What it shows: Percentage of your fleet currently available or in use
- Calculation: (Available + In Use vehicles) / Total vehicles × 100
- Ideal range: 70-90% indicates healthy fleet utilization
- Click action: Navigates to the Vehicles page
Real-Time Updates
Dashboard metrics refresh automatically. For the most current data, you can also manually refresh the page.
Weekly Activity Chart
Below the KPI cards, you'll find a visual chart showing ride activity over the past 4 weeks:
- X-axis: Weeks (Week 1 through Week 4)
- Y-axis: Number of rides
- Visualization: Bar chart with hover tooltips
- Purpose: Identify trends, busy periods, and seasonal patterns
Reading the Chart:
- Compare week-over-week to spot growth or decline
- Look for patterns (e.g., weekends vs weekdays if weekly data is granular)
- Use this data to plan marketing campaigns or fleet expansion
Fleet Status Breakdown
The Fleet Status section shows a real-time breakdown of your vehicles by status:

- 🟢 Healthy: 70%+ Available/In Use, <10% Offline
- 🟡 Attention Needed: 20%+ in Maintenance or Offline
- 🔴 Critical: 30%+ vehicles unavailable
Recent Trips
This section displays the 5 most recent rides with key details:

Recent Alerts
The alerts section shows system notifications that may require attention:
Alert Types:
- Low Battery - Vehicles with battery below threshold
- Offline Vehicle - Vehicles that haven't communicated recently
- Maintenance Due - Scheduled maintenance reminders
- Zone Violation - Vehicles outside service areas
- Customer Issue - Support tickets or complaints
Alert Management:
- Alerts are color-coded by severity (red = critical, yellow = warning, blue = info)
- Click an alert to take action or view more details
- Resolved alerts are automatically cleared
Quick Actions
The Quick Actions section provides one-click access to common tasks:
Add Vehicle
Opens the vehicle creation form to add new vehicles to your fleet quickly.
Create Zone
Opens the zone editor to define new service areas, parking zones, or restrictions.
Battery Report
Filters the vehicle list to show only vehicles with low battery, helping prioritize charging.
View Rides
Navigates to the full rides list with active and completed rides.

Vehicles (Truck Icon)

Rides (Route Icon)

Customers (Users Icon)
Purpose: Manage customer accounts

- View all customers with wallet balances

Understanding the Data
Time Periods
Most dashboard metrics use these time periods:
- Today: Current calendar day in your configured timezone
- Last 7 Days: Rolling 7-day period
- Last 30 Days: Rolling 30-day period (primary dashboard view)
- Previous Period: Comparison period of same length before current
Currency and Units
- Currency: All monetary values displayed in USD by default
- Distance: Configurable in Settings (Miles or Kilometers)
- Time: Displayed in your configured timezone
- Percentages: Calculated in real-time based on current data
Filters and Search
Most pages support filtering and search:
