Checking and Changing IP and APN for Ebike

Segway e-bikes use the NB-Y (Queclink) IoT module, which is configured using the ZK600 Android app - the same tool used for MAX PLUS scooters.

This is the same procedure as for NB-Y scooter IoT. For the complete guide, see the ZK600 Master Guide.

Quick Reference

App: ZK600_Android_Manage_Tool (latest version: V0.5.28 or later)

Steps to check/change IP and APN:

  1. Install and open the ZK600 app
  2. Log in with your credentials (contact Segway if needed)
  3. Tap the settings icon (top right) and enter the Bluetooth key and device name
  4. Tap Connect and select your e-bike's IoT from the list
  5. Navigate to Parameter Settings > Network Settings
  6. Review or update the Server IP and APN
  7. Tap Save to apply changes

If Your Ebike is Offline

An e-bike can go offline for the same reasons as scooters:

  • Incorrect IP or APN settings
  • SIM card not activated or not detected
  • Scooter not activated in the Dashboard

See Reasons Behind an Offline IoT for a full diagnostic guide.

Printing Ebike IoT Logs

To print logs from the e-bike IoT for diagnostics, use the same ZK600 app. Navigate to Real Time Operation > Logs after connecting. See the ZK600 Master Guide for the log printing steps.
