How to adjust the brake

Install the front and rear wheel dust cover and lock column, use 14mm wrench to pre-tighten the adjusting nut, and then use 8mm wrench to pre-tighten the lock nut; Fine tuning brake: adjust the adjusting nut, use the 30-33 fixture to clamp the left brake, first use the MAX (33mm) end of the fixture to lock the left brake handle, and the flat pushing vehicle can push (the drum brake begins to hold); Then the MIN (30mm) end of the fixture is stuck on the left brake handle, and the front wheel of the flat pushing vehicle is not moving (the drum brake is completely locked); Fine adjustment ok, then tighten the lock nut, close to the adjusting nut, fixed twist: 5.5±0.5N·m; Fine tuning brake: adjust the adjusting nut, use the 31-34 fixture to clamp the right brake, first use the MAX (34mm) end of the fixture to lock the right brake handle, and the flat pushing vehicle can push (the drum brake starts to hold); Then the MIN (31mm) end of the fixture is used to jam the right brake handle, and the rear wheel of the flat pushing vehicle is not moving (the drum brake is completely locked); Fine adjustment ok, then tighten the lock nut, close to the adjusting nut, fixed twist: 5.5±0.5N·m; After debugging ok, mark it with a white paint pen for subsequent confirmation of loosening.
