How to replace the rear wheel assembly

Tool preparation: 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 5.45mm mm pentagonal bit, tweezers, PH2 bit, needle nose pliers, crank puller, 10mm socket wrench, 12.3mm customized pentagonal wrench, flat screwdriver, open end wrench/16mm wrench, Electric screwdriver, circlip pliers, mobile phone, cable tie, oblique pliers, 21mm wrench Part 1: disassembly Remove the front cowl panel and front inner fender Pull out the panel along the edge with force. Remove 4 pentagonal screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then pull out the cowl panel with force. Remove the screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front inner fender and take out the fender. Remove the seat bucket and cushion Opens the cushion with APP, disconnects the battery cable and takes out the battery. Take out and disconnect the sensing harness connection. Tear off the note paper, remove 2 screws st4.213 with PH2 bit, lift the right side of the outlet cover, and take down one screw M612 at the side with PH2 bit. Pull up the handle of the stem lock, take out the round head of the stem lock from the groove of the handle, take down the handle, and then take out the outlet cover. Remove 4 M616 flange bolts with 10mm socket wrench, and take out the seat bucket and cushion assembly upward. Remove the rear basket Lift the guardrail, remove 3 bolts M830 and washers with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and remove the rear basket. Remove the pedals and the cranks Pry open the right crank cable blocking cover with flat screwdriver, remove the fixing bolt with 12.3mm pentagonal wrench, and remove the crank and pedal assembly with the crank puller and open-end wrench. Then remove the left pedal and crank assembly in the same way. Remove the rear light Disconnect the rear light wire harness: red brown blue and yellow brown blue yellow green, remove 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, pull the tail lamp harness out of the round hole, and remove the rear light Remove the bucket guard plate connector Remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and take down the bucket guard plate connector. Remove the rear inner fender Remove 4 st4.212 screws on both inside and outside of the fender with PH2 bit, and then remove the rear inner fender upward. Remove the edge strip remove the screw st4.212 at the back side of the edge strip with PH2 bit, separate the snap connection, and remove the edge strips and decorative parts on both sides. Remove the food deck Remove 4 screws M612 on the foot pedal with 5.45mm pentagonal bit. Press and hold the bucket coaming, lift up the rear of the foot pedal, and separate the two sides of the pedal and the bucket connection. Press and hold the front windshield, lift up the front of the pedal, separate the connection between the pedal and the front windshield, and take out the pedal backward. Remove the seat barrel guard plate and seat barrel shroud Remove 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, take out the bucket guard and the bucket front panel forward. Remove the rear fender Remove the flat fork guard trim on both sides of the rear wheel with flat screwdriver, then remove the screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and remove the left and right flat fork guard board. Then remove 3 screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit and take out the rear fender. Remove the chain Find the chain connection, take down the chain connecting clamp plate to the right with needle nose pliers, take down the chain connecting base plate and chain plate, and then remove the chain. Remove the rear brake line Remove the adjusting nut, lock column and spring for the rear brake line in turn, then take out the rear end of brake line from the drum brake groove Remove the rear wheel assembly Pull out the motor control line: 5 pin line at 6 holes on the controller, take down the motor phase line protection cover, take down 3 M512 screws with PH2 bit, and take down the motor phase line: yellow, blue and green three lines. Then remove the cable tie on the motor harness and remove the motor wire from the retaining clip. Remove the bolts M612 on both sides of the rear wheel with 10mm socket wrench. Remove the nuts M14*1.5 gaskets on both sides of the rear wheel with 21mm wrench, lift the vehicle, and take out the rear wheel assembly backward. Remove the right locking plate, left locking plate, backstop gasket, drum brake. Part 2: assembly Install the rear wheel assembly and the chain Take the new rear wheel assembly (pay attention to the installation of flywheel and circlip), install the drum brake, backstop gasket, locking plate in turn on the left side, pay attention to the backstop gasket foot outward. Install the locking plate on the right side. Push both ends of the motor shaft into the installation slot of the rear flat fork, and the locking plate is outside the flat fork. Note that the drum brake limit groove is clamped into the flat fork fixing column, and the backstop gasket is on the inner side...
