Segway B200 E-Bike - Seat Cushion Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T45 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Use T45 bit to loosen screw M6 under seat cushion(screw and nut do not need to be completely separated) (P1)

Rotate the loose clamp upper block by 90°(P2, P3)

Push the whole seat cushion flat towards the riding direction(P4), and remove the seat cushion (P5)

Get a new seat cushion, insert the seat cushion into the clamp(P6), and rotate the loose clamp upper block by 90°(P7)

Locate the clamp in the middle of the bow position(P8), and use T45 bit to lock screw M6 under the seat cushion(Torque: 20-25N·m), then fixed torsion: 25 N·m(P9)

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P10)
