Segway B200 E-Bike - Rear Wheel Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T30 bit, T20 bit, ratchet wrench: 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 14mm, L-type 2.5mm hex key, 18mm open wrench Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Loosen the adjusting nut M5 and the locking nut M5 of the rear brake cable with a 14mm and 8mm ratchet wrench(P1), and insert the L-type 2.5mm hex key into the end of the brake cable to fix the brake cable, then use the 8mm ratchet wrench to remove the locking nut M5(P2, P3)

Remove the adjusting nut M5, spring dust shield and lock pillar in turn(P4, P5)

Remove rear fork left and right decorative cover labels (P6, P7), and use T20 bit to remove four screws M4×12 from the left and right decorative cover(P8, P9), then remove the left and right decorative cover

Use T20 bit to remove four screws M4x12 from the rear fender left and right shore(P10, P11)

Use T20 bit to remove two screws M4×12 at the front end of the rear fender(P12), then pull out the wiring harness and disconnect it(P13)

Remove the rear fender assembly(P14)

Use T20 bit to remove upper screw M4×8 of chain cover(P15), and use T30 bit to loosen screw M6×20 counterclockwise(P16)

Inverted frame, and use T20 bit to remove lower screw M4×8 of chain cover(P17), remove the chain cover, and remove six screws M4×12 on the bottom cover of the frame with T20 bit(P18), then remove the bottom cover(P19)

Disconnect the wiring harnesses of the hub lock and motor(P20), and use 11mm ratchet wrench to remove nut M7(P21), then pull the brake cable out(P22)

Use 10mm ratchet wrench to remove two screws from the left and right stop adjusting chain assembly(P23, P24), and use 18mm open wrench to remove two nuts from the both sides of the motor shaft (P25, P26)

Push the rear wheel assembly forward, remove the chain (P27), and remove the rear wheel assembly, drum brake and hub lock (P28)

Remove the stop adjusting chain assembly on both sides of motor shaft(P29, P30), and remove the rear wheel assembly (P31)

Get the new rear wheel assembly, install the hub lock and drum brake (P32), install the motor shaft on both sides of the stop adjusting chain assembly (P33, P34)

Insert the rear wheel assembly and drum brake parallel into the limit of the fork handle of the frame, the outer convex of the stop plate into the frame opening (P35), the hub lock wiring harness and the motor wiring harness through the side hole to the controller mounting slot, and connect the wiring harness (P36, P37, P38)

Push the rear wheel assembly forward, reserve the chain assemble space, pre-tighten the M12 screw on both sides of the motor shaft; Then put the chain on the tooth disk and the rear wheel flywheel, adjust the right chain adjuster to confirm the tightness of the chain, then adjust the left chain adjuster to confirm the rear wheel is level compared with the frame, and straighten the rear wheel; Loosen the pre-tightened M12 nut, apply blue medium strength thread glue to the motor shaft, then tighten the nut M12 (Torque: 45±2N·m), then fixed torsion: 45N·m (P39)

17, 穿入刹线(P40), 用11mm棘轮扳手锁紧螺母M7(扭力: 4.0-4.5N·m), 定扭: 4.5 N·m(P41) Insert brake cable (P40), lock nut M7 with 11mm ratchet wrench (Torque: 4.0-4.5N·m), then fixed torsion: 4.5N·m (P41)

Install the chain cover and use T20 bit to lock lower screw M4×8 of chain cover(Torque: 0.9±0.1N·m)(P42), then arrange the wiring harnesses in the controller mounting slot, install the bottom cover plate, and use T20 bit to lock the six screws M4x12 on the cover plate in turn(Torque: 2-4N·m)(P43)

Position the Ebike upright, and use T20 bit to lock upper screw M4×8 of chain cover(Torque: 0.9±0.1N·m)(P44), and use T30 bit to lock screw M6×20 clockwise(Torque: 3.5-4.0N·m), then fixed torsion: 4.0 N·m (P45)

Install the rear fender assembly and refer to B200-C017 SOP of replacing the rear fender assembly(P46)

Install spring dust shield, lock pillar successively and adjusting nut M5 (P47, P48), and use 8mm ratchet wrenches and L-type 2.5mm hex key to preload the rear brake adjusting nut M5 and lock nut M5(P49) Fine-tune the braking steps: Refer to B200-C012 SOP of replacing right brake handle assembly

Install the battery and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery(P50)
