Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T45 bit, T20 bit, T30 bit, L-T45 wrench, 14mm, 11mm, 8mm ratchet wrench, L-type 2.5mm hex key, long-nose pliers, extended fitting sleeve, Corner maker Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Loosen the adjusting nut M5 and the locking nut M5 of the front brake cable with a 14mm and 8mm ratchet wrench(P1), and insert the L-type 2.5mm hex key into the end of the brake cable to fix the brake cable, then use the 8mm ratchet wrench to remove the locking nut M5(P2, P3)

Remove the adjusting nut M5, spring dust shield and lock pillar in turn(P4, P5)

Use 11mm ratchet wrench to loosen the brake cable retaining nut M7(P6), pull the brake cable up(P7)

Loosen the adjusting nut M5 and the locking nut M5 of the rear brake cable with a 14mm and 8mm ratchet wrench(P8), and insert the L-type 2.5mm hex key into the end of the brake cable to fix the brake cable, then use the 8mm ratchet wrench to remove the locking nut M5(P9, P10)

Remove the adjusting nut M5, spring dust shield and lock pillar in turn(P11, P12)

Remove the front fender, and refer to B200-C010 SOP of replacing the front fender(P13)

Loosen female connector of rear brake cable(P15), and disconnect the rear brake cable connection(P16)

Remove three screws M4×12 with T20 bit(P17, P18), take out the dashboard assembly upwards, disconnect the cables(P19), and remove the dashboard assembly

Use T45 bit to remove two screws M8×30 on the side of the handlebar with vertical tube (P20), then use T45 bit to remove positioning screw at the back end of the handlebar with vertical tube(P21)

Remove the handlebar with vertical tube assembly up(P22)

Use T45 bit and L-T45 wrench to remove the front axle screw and front axle(P24, P25), then remove the front wheel and drum brake(P26)

Remove the lock nut of the bowl set, stop gasket, upper plug of the bowl set and dust cover with the extended fitting sleeve in turn(P27, P28, P29, P30), then remove the front fork

Get a new front fork, confirm the installation direction (front fender fixing screw hole facing backward) and insert it into the head tube of the frame, insert the dust cover and the upper plug of the bowl set in turn, and lock the upper plug of the bowl set with the extended fitting sleeve (Torque: 35N·m) (P31, P32, P33)

Align the R Angle arc face of the stop gasket with the limit sleeve into the front fork vertical tube, screw the lock nut bevel face up into the front fork vertical tube, and lock the lock nut with the extended fitting sleeve (Torque: 35N·m) (P34, P35)

Get a front wheel assembly, and put oil seal shaft sleeve into the oil seal on both sides of the front hub, set the drum brake, stick the drum brake limit bump and shaft sleeve into the front fork groove(P36), align the middle hole of the hub with the front fork hole, insert the front wheel shaft from the non-drum brake side(P37), apply the front wheel shaft screw with red high strength thread glue (at least 5 teeth, 360°) from the drum brake side(P38)(Torque: 25±1 N·m), then fixed torsion:26N·m

Install the handlebar with vertical tube assembly, and thread the front brake cable through the front fork vertical tube hole (P39), along the left inner wall groove of the front fork through (P40), the rear split brake cable goes through the side hole of the vertical tube and then through the upper slot of the frame inclined tube (P41), The headlight harness and main harness thread the side hole of the handlebar with vertical tube upward from the direction (P42)

Install the handlebar with vertical tube downward, use T45 bit to lock positioning screw at the back end of the handlebar with vertical tube (Torque: 5-6 N·m) (P43), then use T45 bit to lock two screws M8×30 on the side of the handlebar with vertical tube(Torque: 23±2 N·m), then fixed torsion: 25 N·m (P44)

Connect wiring harnesses according to the instructions in the English notes at the junction of each pair of wiring harnesses (P20), and install the dashboard assembly after finishing, then use T20 bit to lock the three screws M4×12 on the dashboard assembly(Torque: 1.2±0.1N·m)(P21, P22)

Connect the rear brake cable(P48), and tighten female connector of rear brake cable, and use 11mm ratchet wrench to set the torsion (Torque: 1.0-1.3 N·m)(P49)

22, 安装IOT总成, 参考B200-C003更换IOT总成SOP(P50) Install the IOT assembly, and refer to B200-C003 SOP of replacing the IOT assembly(P50)

Install the front fender, and refer to B200-C010 SOP of replacing the front fender(P51)

Thread the brake cable into the front drum brake location hole(P52), and use 11mm ratchet wrench to lock the brake cable retaining nut M7(Torque: 4.0-4.5 N·m)(P53)

Install spring dust shield, lock pillar and adjusting nut M5 in turn (P54, P55), and use 8mm ratchet wrenches an...
