Segway B200 E-Bike - Dashboard Assembly Repair Video

Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, T20 bit Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

Remove three screws M4×12 with T20 bit(P1, P2), take out the dashboard assembly upwards, disconnect the cables(P3), and remove the dashboard assembly

Take a new dashboard assembly(P4), and connect wiring harnesses according to the instructions in the English notes at the junction of each pair of wiring harnesses (P5)

Arrange the wiring harnesses and install it into the head tube, then install the dashboard assembly and lock three screws M4×12 with T20 bit(Torque: 1.2±0.1N·m)(P6, P7)

Install the battery(P8), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
