Segway B100 E-Bike - Headlight Repair Video

Remove label (P1) on the surface of the dashboard assembly; Remove 3 screws (P2) from dashboard assembly using T10 batch head.

Take out the dashboard assembly (P3), use T20 head to remove the 2 screws (P4) on the headlight, pull out the headlight, disconnect the wiring harness between the headlight and the dashboard assembly, and remove the headlight (P5).

Take the new headlight, pay attention to the headlight installation direction: the lamp in the lampshade is mounted upward, into the headlight hole (P6), the headlight wire and instrument assembly wiring docking (P7), use T20 batch head lock on the headlight 2 screws (P8), torque: 1±0.1N·m.

Use T10 batch head to lock the 3 screws (P9) on the dashboard assembly, torque: 1±0.1N·m; Take the dashboard label and attach (P10) to the groove on the dashboard.
