How to replace the rear fender Remove the rear fender Lay down the scooter and remove 2 screws M414 with T20, remove the rear light cover. disconnect the rear light terminal. Straighten the vehicle, remove the rear footpad, remove the 6 M412 screws with the T20 head, and remove the rear fender assembly. Install the rear fender Take a new rear fender assembly and use T20 to lock it with 6 inner hexagon stainless steel M412 screws with a torque of 2± 0.2n.m. Attach the rear footpad. Put the vehicle upside down, insert taillight terminal wire, install rear taillight cable cover plate, tighten 2 screws M412 with T20 head, torque 1.5± 0.2n.m.
