How to replace the front wheel?

Tool preparation Torque screwdriver, tweezers, H3, 8# wrench, 10# wrench, 15# wrench, new front wheel and 2 reflection stickers Remove the front fork covers Remove the four rubber plugs and two reflection stickers, then remove 6 M48 screws with H3 on each side of the front fork cove with tweezers. Separate the front fork covers on both sides by hand and remove the front fork covers Disassemble the brake line Remove the locknut M5 with 8# ratchet wrench, Remove the adjusting nut, the perforated cylindrical and the dust cover in turn. Remove the M6 hex nut with10# wrench, Remove the brake line from the hole of front fork fixing block. Remove the front wheel Remove the 2 hexagonal nuts M10 on both sides with 15# wrench and take out the front wheel assembly. Install the front wheel Install new front wheel assembly into the front fork, notice the installation direction of wheel shall be consistent with the advanced direction, the limit pin on the front fork should snap into the groove of the drum brake. Fasten the 2 hexagonal nuts M10 on both sides with 15# wrench, Torque: 25-30N·m. Install the brake line The brake line is pierced from the hole of the front fork fixing block, fasten the M6 hex nut with10# wrench, Torque: 4-6N·m. Install the perforated cylindrical, the dust cove and the adjusting nut, Pre-tighten the locknut M5 with 8# ratchet wrench, Torque: 5.5±0.5 N·m. Install the fork covers install the new fork covers on the scooter and ensure that the front fork covers are locked to each other, Fasten 6 M48 screws on the each side with the H3, Torque: 1.0-1.6N·m, Install the four rubber plugs and two reflection stickers on each side of the front fork. Function detection Turn the front wheel, and confirm that if there is any problem with this operation Adjust the brake line: Hold the brake handle for three times, Loosen the M5 nut, adjust the turn adjusting nut. Achieve the following results: Power on the scooter, Clamp the brake handle with the 33mm end of brake jig, The left side of the jig should be flush with the first row of convex points of the handle bar grip. the rear light should be flash. Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel, the front wheel can be turned. Power off the scooter, Clamp the brake handle with the 30mm end of brake jig, Same location as before. Now Hold the stem and push the scooter in parallel, the front wheel can not be turned, and the rear wheel will be cocked. Last step, fasten the M5 nut with 8# wrench and the Needle nose plier, Torque: 5.5±0.5 N·m
