Remove the lock nut and retaining nut (P1) holding the front brake line using 8mm and 14mm open end spanner, pull the drum brake crank down (P2), pull the front brake line out of the lock post (P2), remove the lock post and dust jacket.

Use 2 T45 batch heads to remove front axle screws and front axle holding front wheel (P3), remove front wheel and drum brake (P4, P5)

Take the new drum brake and the front wheel assembly, manually press 2 times the drum brake black pull rod without a ton, the installed front wheel into the front fork, the groove on the drum brake is aligned with the limit pin on the front fork (P6), take the front wheel axle, the axle from the front fork hole with the drum brake side through (P7), the axle through to the end, take a wheel screw, point on the red thread glue, Tighten with T45 batch head, torque 25±1N·m.

Install the front wheel dust cover and lock post (P8), pretighten the adjusting nut using a 14mm wrench, and then pretighten the locknut using an 8mm wrench; Fine adjustment brake: adjust the adjusting nut, use the 30-33 jig clamp control left brake, first use the MAX (33mm) end of the jig stuck left brake, flat push vehicle can push (drum brake start to hold tight); Then use the MIN (30mm) end of the fixture to jam the left brake handle, and push the front wheel of the vehicle flat (the drum brake is completely locked); Fine adjustment ok, then tighten the lock nut, close to the adjusting nut, fixed twist: 5.5±0.5N·m; After debugging ok, mark it with white paint pen for later confirmation of loosening condition.
