Remove the headlight using the T20 batch head (P1) to remove the 2 screws holding the headlight; Use T10 bit to remove 1 screw (P2)securing the dashboard assembly, remove label on the front of the dashboard assembly (P3), and use T10 bit to remove 2 screws (P4) securing the front.

Pull out the dashboard assembly and disconnect all wiring harness connections on the dashboard assembly (P5, P6)

Take a new dashboard assembly and connect it one by one according to the corresponding color on the wiring harness. After finishing the wiring harness, plug it into the vertical tube between the headlight and the IOT hole (P7); Connect the headlight wiring harness at the end (P8) and insert the headlight assembly into the headlight hole (P9) with the head facing up and the small head facing down. Do not squeeze the wiring harness.

2 headlamp M48 screws (P10) were fixed with T20 batch head, torque: 1±0.1N·m; Insert the dashboard assembly into the vertical tube and lock three M312 screws (P11, P12) fixing the dashboard assembly with a torque of 1±0.1N·m using T10 batch head. Take the label (P13) and stick it in the front position of the dashboard.
