How to replace the power lock and the horn
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 10mm wrench, 10mm socket wrench, PH2 bit, T30 bit, electric screwdriver, needle nose pliers, tweezers, mobile phone Attention please: Open the pedal lock and the seat cushion lock firstly. Part 1: Disassembly Remove the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Power off the moped. Remove 2 rubber stopper on the upper part of the front windshield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then slap the connection between the panel and the front windshield, and take out the panel. Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Remove the screw st4.2 * 14 on the left front wall edge strip with PH2 bit, push up and remove the right front wall edge strip. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly and the right wall edge strip in the same way. Remove the IOT assembly Disconnect the wire harness of the IOT assembly and the USB terminal. Remove 2 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit and take out the IOT assembly. Remove the front inner fender Pry the power lock cover up with tweezers, rotate it to the left and take out the power lock cover. Remove screw M6 * 16 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and remove the hook. Remove 2 rubber stopper on the lower part of the wind shield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the bolts on the lower part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 2 screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front lamp with PH2 bit. Remove the bolts on the upper part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench. Then take down the fender. Remove the seat cushion and seat barrel assembly Open the seat cushion, then remove 4 screws with 5.45mm pentagon anti-theft bit. Put down the seat cushion gently, taking care not to lock it, then pull out and disconnect the seat cushion connecting wire, then take out the seat barrel and seat cushion. Remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Disconnect wire harness of the charger terminal, disconnect wire harness of the tail box (If it have). Take out the pedal, remove 2 screws ST4.214 with PH2 bit, remove 1 bolt M616 under the rear fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 4 bolts m820 with 10mm wrench, and take out the rear armrest. Remove 2 bolts m616 on the rear light with 10# wrench. Life the assembly and disconnect the wire harness of the rear light and license plate lamp. then remove the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly upward. Remove the pedal lock
Disconnect the wire harness of the pedal lock, remove 2 screwsM616 with PH2 bit, then take out the pedal lock. Remove the front windshield and pedal bracket assembly Remove 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, and take out the pedal lock bracket. Remove 4 bolts M616 with 10mm socket wrench on the pedal bracket. Pull out the terminal and take out the front battery, then take out the front windshield and pedal bracket assembly. Remove the power lock Disconnect the power lock wire harness, remove 2 screws M612 with T30 bit, and then take out the power lock. Remove the horn Take out the wire harness of the horn, remove the bolt M612 with 10mm wrench, then take off the horn Part 2: Assembly Install the horn Align the limit hole, fasten 1 bolt M612 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·M, then connect the wire harnessed of the horn. Install the power lock Install the power lock, insert the lock tongue into the handlebar, tighten two screws M612 with T30 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m, and then connect the power lock harness. Install the front windshield and pedal bracket assembly Install the assembly on the frame in space, take the battery into the compartment and insert the terminal on the battery. Then fasten 4 bolts with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Install the pedal lock bracket, fasten 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·M. Install the pedal lock Install the pedal lock on the frame and fasten 2 screws M6*16 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m, Pull the wiring harness out from the right side and connect the harness. Install the seat barrel guard board, seat barrel coaming and tail lamp assembly Install the seat barrel panel, guard board, license plate lamp and tail lamp assembly onto the vehicle, connect tail lamp and license plate lamp harness, and install the assembly in place. ...
