How to replace the front light
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 10mm socket wrench, PH2 bit, 14mm wrench, 17mm wrench, electric screwdriver, needle nose pliers, tweezers, Mobile phone Part 1: Disassembly Remove the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Power off the moped. Remove 2 rubber stopper on the upper part of the front windshield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then slap the connection between the panel and the front windshield, and take out the panel. Press down and eject the left foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the left foot rest trim, and then fold up the left foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on left side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the left middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the left middle edge strip and trim assembly. Remove the screw st4.2 * 14 on the left front wall edge strip with PH2 bit, push up and remove the right front wall edge strip. Then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly and the right wall edge strip in the same way. Remove the front fender Remove 4 pentagonal screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit on both sides of the front wheel fender, take out the front fender forward. Remove the front wheel assembly Raise the vehicle with the lifting platform to make the front wheel off the ground Remove the fixing bolt M612 of the oil pipe clamp with 10mm wrench, and then remove the fixing bolt M8 * 40 of the pump of the disc brake, and remove the pump from the disc brake. Clamp the left front wheel axle with 14mm wrench, and remove the nut M12 with 17mm wrench on the right side of the front wheel. Hold the front wheel and pull out the front axle M12 * 220 from the left, then remove the front wheel. Remove the headlight and the front inner fender assembly Disconnect the wire harness of the headlight. Remove 2 rubber stopper on the lower part of the wind shield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the bolts M616 on the lower part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench. Remove 2 screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front lamp with PH2 bit. Remove the bolts on the upper part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench. Then take down the fender. Remove the head light Remove 6 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit, then remove the front light assembly. Remove 2 clip on the fender with needle nose pliers. Then take out 2 rubber pad in the screw hole. Part 2: Assembly Install the headlight Take new front inner fender, install the rubber pad in the screws hole, install 2 clip on the fender with flat end facing out. Install headlight on the front inner fender, fasten 6 screws ST4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·M. Install the headlight and the front inner fender assembly Install the front inner fender to the frame through the front fork, pre install the bolts on the upper part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench and do not fasten them. Fasten the bolts on the lower part of both sides of the front inner fender with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Then fasten the bolts on the upper part, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Fasten 2 screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front lamp with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Fasten 2 screws ST4.212 on the lower part of the wind shield with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m, then install the rubber stoppers. Connect the wire harness of the headlight. Install the front wheel assembly Install the front wheel axle bushing on each side, if the bushing has fallen down. Install the front wheel assembly to the front fork, with the end of disc brake plate on the right side. Then insert the front wheel shaft M12220 from the left side, fix it with nut M12 on the right side, and tighten it with 14mm wrench and 17mm wrench, Torque: 49-69N·m. Clamp the pump shoe of disc brake into disc brake, and fasten 2 bolts M840 with 10mm wrench, Torque: 28-33N·m. Install the lower tubing clamps, and then fix it to the front fork and frame with bolt M6 * 12, with 10mm wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m Install the front fender Install the front wheel fender with the small end at the rear, Align the screw holes and fasten 4 screws M612 on both sides of the front wheel fender with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Install the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Install the left front wall side strip buckle on the front windshield, align the snap and push down the front wall edge strip, align with the screw hole, and fasten the screw st4.214 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m.
