How to replace the converter

Tool preparation: tweezers, PH2 bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, new IOT assembly. Part 1: disassembly Power off the moped. Remove 2 rubber stopper, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then slap the connection between the panel and the front windshield, and take out the panel Disconnect the main wire of converter and USB wire, remove 2 screws M612, take out the converter Part 2: assembly Install the new converter with the end of the terminal facing left, and fasten 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·M, then connect the main wire and the USB wire Install the panel, buckle it to the front windshield, and fasten 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·M, and then install the rubber stopper.
