How to replace the motor controller
Tool preparation: 10mm socket wrench, PH2 bit/8mm socket wrench, needle nose pliers, Electric screwdriver, mobile phone Part 1: disassembly Remove the seat bucket and cushion Opens the cushion with APP, disconnects the battery cable and takes out the battery. Take out and disconnect the sensing harness connection. Tear off the note paper, remove 2 screws st4.213 with PH2 bit, lift the right side of the outlet cover, and take down one screw M612 at the side with PH2 bit. Pull up the handle of the stem lock, take out the round head of the stem lock from the groove of the handle, take down the handle, and then take out the outlet cover. Remove 4 M616 flange bolts with 10mm socket wrench, and take out the seat bucket and cushion assembly upward. Remove the motor controller Remove 2 bolts M612 with 10mm socket wrench, move out the controller, press and hold the terminal clip, and pull out the hall harness of the 6-hole motor, the main harness of the 16 hole motor and the main harness of the 8 hole motor in turn. Remove the right protection cover upward, take down 3 screws M512 with PH2 bit/8mm socket wrench, and take down the motor phase line: yellow, blue and green. Remove the left protection cover upward, take down 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit/8mm socket wrench, take down the main harness power cord: red and black, and then take down the controller and bracket combination. Remove 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, separate controller and bracket Part 2: assembly Install the motor controller Take the new controller, install the bracket, and pay attention to the direction of the bracket: put the bent end on the end with the jack on the controller. Tighten 2 screws M612 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Install the power harness of the main harness, red positive and black negative, and fasten 2 screws M512 screws with PH2 bit/8mm socket wrench, Torque: 3.4-5N·m. Install the left protection cover with "+ -" mark. Install the phase line of the motor, pay attention to the phase sequence, and the color of the harness corresponds to the color of the identification on the control line. Fasten 3 screws M512 screws with PH2 bit/8mm socket wrench, Torque: 3.4-5N·m. Install the right protection cover: with "U V W" mark. Insert 8-hole main harness, 16 hole main harness and 6-hole motor Hall harness from left to right, align with frame screw hole, and fasten 2 M612 bolts with 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Install the sear barrel and cushion Install the seat barrel and cushion assembly into the frame, pay attention to passing the gravity induction harness, battery harness and stem lock through the corresponding wire holes. Install the seat barrel in place, install four M616 flange bolts, and fasten them with the 10mm socket wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·m. Install the outlet cover, and the lock handle of the stem shall pass through the round hole in the middle of the outlet cover. Align the screw hole of the fixing plate of the tap lock with the outlet screw hole on the side, then fasten 1 screw M612 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Install the stem lock handle, clip the lock handle of the stem into the lock handle of the stem, press the outlet cover, press and hold the lock and lift the handle upward, so that the cylinder head of the lock can clip into the groove of the handle, and press the handle downward, so that the block head under the handle can fully clip into the outlet cover. Clip the battery harness into the wire slot, align the screw hole of the outlet cover with the screw diagram of the base barrel, fasten two st4.213 screws with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m, and paste a new label. Install the battery, pay attention to the direction of the battery, the arrow is in front, "ninebot" is in the rear and insert the battery terminal. Connect the gravity sensing harness terminal and clip it into the cable slot, close and lock the cushion.
