How to replace the front fender

Tool preparation: 3.95mm pentagonal bit, PH2 bit, 10mm socket wrench, Electric screwdriver Part 1: disassembly Remove the bolts on the inside of the fender on both sides with 10# wrench, remove the screws M612 on both sides of front wheel with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then revmoe the front fender assembly. Remove 1 screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, take out the rear part of the fender and remove the self-tapping clip st2.4. Part 2: assembly Take the new rear part of the fender, install one automatic clip st2.4. then install it together with the front part of the fender, fasten 1 screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m Install the front fender assembly with the big head in front, align the screw holes, Fasten the left and right two screws M612 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m, then install the bolts M6*12 on both sides, and fasten them with 10mm wrench, Torque: 8-12N·m.
