Use 8mm and 14mm open wrenches to loosen the front brake lock nut and adjusting nut (P1) and successively remove the lock nut, adjusting nut, lock post and spring dust cover (P2).

Use the T30 batch head to remove the 2 screws (P3) on the back of the IOT, remove the IOT, remove the upper and lower brake wire card, loosen the female connector of the front brake wire (P4), and disconnect the front brake wire connection (P5).

Use T20 head to loosen the left handle end cover (P6), remove the cover end cover and the left handle, use PH1 head to loosen the retaining ring of the handle (P7), remove the retaining ring of the handle and remove the bell.

Using T30 head, release the set screw on the left brake handle (P8)

Remove the label (P9) on the surface of the instrument assembly; Remove 3 screws from instrument assembly using T10 batch head (P10)

Pull out the left brake handle (P11), grip the brake handle, use needle-nose pliers to remove the brake wire head from the clamp (P10), use 2mm batch head to loosen the brake wire set screw (P11), pull out the brake wire, disconnect the connecting wire harness between the brake handle assembly and the instrument assembly, remove the left brake handle.

Take a new brake handle, pull the steel wire of the cylindrical end of the brake line out of the sleeve, insert the small cylindrical sleeve into the corresponding slot, lock it with a 2mm inner hexagon head (P12), torque: 0.5± 0.1n.m; The brake wire harness is threaded into the riser instrument hole along the handlebar baffle, and butt with the instrument assembly wire harness according to the same color; Hold the brake handle, expose the claw, load the brake wire from the round hole of the brake handle and expose it from the claw (P13), and load the brake wire into the claw with needle-nose pliers (P14).

Install the brake bars inward into place (P15), tighten the brake bars (P16) with T30 head, torque: 5-6N·m, fixed torque: 5.5N·m.

3 screws (P17) on the instrument assembly were locked using T10 batch heads, torque: 1± 0.1n.m; Take the instrument label and attach (P18) to the groove on the instrument.

When installing the bell, pay attention to the installation direction of the bell: the large part of the bell faces the middle; Install the fixing ring of the handle sleeve and align it with the screw hole. Fasten it with PH1 batch head (P19), torque: 0.5-0.6N·m. Note that the screw shall not protruding from the surface of the fixing ring after fastening; Install the handle and fit it onto the handle retaining ring (P20)

Use T20 head to turn the screw on the end cover counterclockwise to properly trap the inner edge of the end cover (P21), then align the end cover with the slot and put it into the port position. After putting the end cover into the port position, there is no gap between the end cover and the sleeve (leather hammer can be used to help knock in place). Lock the end cover with T20 head. 4-4.5N.M, confirm the outer pull sleeve, unable to pull out or no shift is OK.

Connect female end of brake line, lock connector (P22); Arrange the riser wire harness, install the upper and lower brake wire cards, install IOT, use T30 batch head to lock IOT and fix torsion (P23), torque: 3.5-4N·m.

Install dust cover and lock column (P24), use 14mm wrench to pre-tighten the adjusting nut, and then use 8mm wrench to pre-tighten the lock nut; Fine adjustment of the brake: adjust the adjusting nut, use the 34-37 fixture clamp control, first use the MAX (37mm) end of the fixture to lock the left brake handle, flat pushing vehicle can push (the drum brake begins to hold); Then the MIN (34mm) end of the fixture is stuck on the left brake handle, and the front wheel of the flat pushing vehicle does not move (the drum brake is completely locked); Fine adjustment OK, then tighten the lock nut, close to the adjustment nut; After debugging OK, mark it with a white paint pen for subsequent confirmation of loosening.
