Put the frame down, loosen the 6 screws (P1) on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 batch head, remove the connecting wire (P2) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Locate the battery lock harness, disconnect (P3), and remove the 2 screws (P4) of the battery lock cover plate with the T20 batch head; Straighten the body, remove the battery lock cover (P5), remove the 2 screws holding the battery lock (P6) using the T20 batch head, and remove the battery lock.

Take a new battery lock, thread the battery lock wire harness through the battery lock hole into the controller bin at the bottom (P7), put the battery lock tongue toward the inside of the battery lock, align with the screw hole, take 2 M5*12 screws, apply red 1262 high-strength thread glue, at least 5 teeth, 180°, and use T25 head to lock and fix the battery lock screw (P8). Pay attention to tighten the wire harness end screw first, and then tighten the non-wire harness end screw, torque: 4.5±0.5N·m; Insert the battery compartment protective cover along the battery lock limit slot and buckle it on the frame (P9)

Put down the body, use T20 batch head to lock the battery lock protection cover fixing screw (P10), torque: 2-3N·m; Find the battery lock connection wire harness docking (P11), and then plug the battery lock wire into the bottom hole of the frame again. Do not bend the broken wire bundle close to the terminal root to avoid damage to the wire harness.

Take the bottom cover, pass the wiring harness at the base of the charging port through the bottom of the motor wire, and insert the wiring harness terminal of the controller to the bottom of the male end and the outer skin of the female end completely (P12). Cover the cover, pay attention to not pressing the wire, and use the T20 batch head to lock the six screws on the cover in turn, as shown in the figure (P13), torque: 2-4N·m.
