Put the frame down, loosen the 6 screws (P1)on the bottom cover of the vehicle using the T20 batch head, remove the connecting wire (P2) on the bottom charger port, and remove the bottom cover.

Remove the charging port using the T20 head to remove the two screws (P3) holding the charging port.

Take a new charging port, and install the charging port cover and wiring harness together to the base cover. Assembly direction: the charging port is raised to the left of the base cover, and the charging port cover is located to the right of the base cover. Assembly process: Press the connecting position with the thumb, open the cover with the other hand and hold it with the index finger. Use T20 batch head to apply the inner screw first, then the outer screw, and then the cover to check the warping state (make sure that there is no warping). Torque: 0.6-0.7N·m.

Take the bottom cover, pass the wiring harness at the base of the charging port through the bottom of the motor wire, and insert the wiring harness terminal of the controller to the bottom of the male end and the outer skin of the female end completely (P5). Cover the cover, pay attention to not pressing the wire, and use the T20 batch head to lock the six screws on the cover in turn, as shown in the figure (P6), torque: 2-4N·m.
