Branding & Customization
Your fleet should reflect your brand. Levy Fleets offers flexible branding options ranging from co-branded scooters to a fully white-labeled rider experience under your own company name.
Default Branding
When scooters ship from Levy, they come with:
- Levy branding on the vehicle (logo decals)
- QR codes linked to your fleet in the Levy app
- Your fleet listed under the Levy rider app (iOS and Android)
This is a great starting point — riders scan the QR code, open the Levy app, and start riding. No additional setup needed from you.
Co-Branding Your Scooters
Most operators choose to co-brand their scooters by adding their own company identity alongside the Levy branding.
What You Can Customize
| Element | Options |
|---|---|
| Vehicle decals/wraps | Add your logo, company name, phone number, or website to the scooter body |
| QR code stickers | Custom QR codes with your branding that still link to the Levy app |
| Color schemes | Custom wraps to match your brand colors |
| Contact info | Add your local support number or website |
How It Works
- Design your decals or wraps — You can use any local print shop or vinyl wrap provider
- Apply them to your scooters — Either before deployment or on existing fleet vehicles
- Coordinate with Levy — We can help ensure QR codes and branding elements work together
Practical Tip
Many operators add a simple vinyl decal with their company name and local phone number. This builds local brand recognition and gives riders a direct contact for your operation. The Levy QR code stays on the scooter for app functionality.
White-Label App Branding
For operators who want a fully branded experience, Levy offers white-label app branding where the rider app appears under your company name instead of Levy.
What White-Label Includes
- Your company name in the app store listing
- Your logo on the app icon and splash screen
- Your brand colors throughout the rider interface
- Your support contact in the app's help section
- All the same functionality — rental flow, payments, GPS, support
When to Consider White-Label
White-label branding is a good fit when:
- You want riders to associate the experience entirely with your brand
- You're operating a larger fleet in a visible public location
- Brand identity is important to your business or city partnership
- You want to build your own brand equity rather than Levy's
Getting Started with White-Label
White-label branding is available as an add-on. Contact us at support@levyelectric.com to discuss white-label options and pricing for your fleet.
QR Code Customization
QR codes are how riders discover and unlock your scooters. You can customize these to match your brand:
- Standard QR codes — Levy-branded, generated automatically for each vehicle
- Custom QR codes — Your branding around the QR code while maintaining the scan-to-ride functionality
See the QR Code Generation guide for details on generating and managing QR codes for your fleet.
Best Practices
- Keep QR codes visible and scannable — Don't cover them with wraps or decals
- Include a local phone number — Riders appreciate being able to reach someone local
- Use weather-resistant materials — Outdoor scooters need durable vinyl or laminated decals
- Stay consistent — Use the same branding across all scooters in your fleet for a professional look
