Set Up or Update Your Payout Bank Account
US revenue-share operators can add or change their payout bank account from the Levy Fleets dashboard. This is the account Levy uses when we send your monthly revenue-share payouts.
Do not email bank details
Never send your full routing number or account number by email or chat. Enter bank details only inside the secure Levy Fleets dashboard.
Who can manage payout accounts
You can manage the payout bank account if you are an admin on the operator account. If you do not see the Payouts tab, ask the account owner or another admin to complete the setup.
This self-service payout setup is currently for US bank accounts only. If your fleet is outside the United States, contact Levy and we will help configure your international payout method.
Add a payout bank account
Open Settings
Sign in to the Levy Fleets dashboard and open Settings.
Open Payouts
Select the Payouts tab.
Enter bank details
Enter the name on the bank account, contact email, routing number, account number, account type, and the account holder address.
Save
Select Save payout account.
After you save, Levy creates a secure payout recipient with our payments bank. Levy stores the payout recipient token, bank name, and masked last four digits. Levy does not store your full routing number or account number.
Update or change a payout bank account
If you already have a payout account linked and need to change it:
- Go to Settings > Payouts.
- Select Update bank account.
- Enter the new bank details.
- Select Update payout account.
When you update the account, the new payout recipient replaces the old one for future payouts. Already-sent payouts are not changed.
Does saving a payout account move money?
No. Saving or updating a payout account only sets the destination for future payouts. Levy still reviews and sends monthly payouts from the admin payout workflow.
Troubleshooting
I do not see Settings > Payouts
Your user may not have an admin role on the operator account. Ask the account owner or another admin to update your role, or contact Levy support.
The routing number is rejected
Check that the routing number is a 9-digit US ABA routing number. If it still fails, confirm the routing number directly with your bank.
My fleet is outside the United States
Self-service ACH setup is US-only. Contact Levy support so we can configure the correct international payout method.
I need to know whether my payout account is already linked
Open Settings > Payouts. If a payout account is linked, the dashboard shows the bank name, masked last four digits, and recipient name.
Need help?
