Growth Command Center

Learn how to use Levy Fleets Growth Command Center to forecast expansion, inspect demand funnels, compare scenarios, and plan profitable fleet growth.

Navigation

Access this from Dashboard > Analytics > Growth.

What It Does

The new Growth Command Center gives operators a dedicated analytics workspace for fleet expansion forecasting, demand funnel visibility, supply constraints, cost assumptions, scenario comparison, forecast accuracy, and exportable growth plans from Dashboard > Analytics > Growth.

  • Expansion forecasting - model added scooters, payback, contribution profit, and saturation points before buying more vehicles
  • Demand visibility - connect rider map opens, scan starts, vehicle selections, unlock attempts, blocked unlocks, and paid trip completions into a demand funnel
  • Operational planning - compare scenarios, tune cost assumptions, and export growth recommendations for review

Before You Start

  • Confirm your team has dashboard access for the relevant subaccount.
  • Review the settings with one fleet or location before rolling the workflow out everywhere.
  • Tell operators what changed so internal SOPs match the dashboard.

Use The Feature

  1. Open Dashboard > Analytics > Growth
  2. Review demand, supply constraint, benchmark, and forecast panels for the selected subaccount
  3. Adjust scenario and cost assumptions, then save or export the growth plan

Operational Notes

  • Start with the smallest useful rollout, then expand once dispatchers and technicians are comfortable with the workflow.
  • Keep naming, permissions, and customer-facing copy consistent with the rest of your fleet configuration.
  • Revisit the setup after the first week of usage and adjust it based on support tickets or operator feedback.
