取IOT, 参考S90L-C002更换IOT SOP Remove the battery and replace the battery SOP by referring to S90L-C017 Replace the IOT SOP by referring to S90L-C002 Replace the forehead assembly SOP(P1) with S90L-C001 Replace vertical tube SOP(P2) with S90L-C019

Remove the controller, refer to S90L-C021 replace the controller SOP(P3), and draw out the main line bundle (P4)

Draw the black brake line from the inclined tube (P5), remove the front fender, and replace the front fender SOP(P6) by referring to S90L-C039.

Use 26mm open wrench to take the hollow bolt and flat pad A of the front fork, take out the vertical tube adapter B, dust cover assembly C and open holding ring D(P7, P8) in turn, remove the three special screws for the vertical tube adapter with T30 head, remove the front fork assembly downward, and remove the front wheel from the front fork assembly. Refer to S90L-C027 for front wheel SOP(P9)

Install the front fork assembly: first install the front wheel on the front fork assembly, refer to S90L-C027 replace the front wheel SOP, insert the front fork assembly into the head tube (P10), take the opening holding ring and insert the small end downward on the front fork shaft until it fully contacts the bearing and the opening is left (P11, P12).

Take the dust-cover assembly and put it on the front axle until it is in full contact with the opening holding ring, with the skirt of the dust-cover assembly facing down (P13, P14)

Take the vertical tube adapter, align it with the groove on the front fork shaft and align the screw holes (pay attention to the installation direction of the vertical tube adapter, and the end with the RIPS is upward). Take 1 of flat washers and insert the hollow bolts on the front fork, apply 1262 thread glue at 180 degrees for more than 5 teeth, lock the vertical tube adapter with the front fork shaft, and fix the twist with 26mm open wrench. Torque 32-33N·m(P15, P16), use T30 batch head to tighten the three special screws for the vertical tube adapter, pretighten first, and then use 16-18N. m to fix the screw in the order from top to bottom. Repeat, repeat and fix the screw twice, and fix the top one again.

Pass rear end of front brake line from bottom to top through head tube (P17), tighten M7 hexagon nut (P18) with 11 spanner, install front fender, refer to Max PL-X-C039 to replace front fender SOP

Insert the control bus (P19), through the inclined tube (P20), and connect with the controller (P21)

The rear brake line enters from the inclined tube and exits from the head tube (P22, P23). Install the controller, fasten 4 screws M4*8 with triangle batch head, lock the controller, torque: 1.5±0.1N·m(P24), and then label (P25)

Install vertical tube (P26) and replace vertical tube SOP by referring to S90L-C019
