How to replace the throttle

Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, PH1 bit, PH2 bit, H3 bit, electric screwdriver Part 1: Disassembly Remove the rearview mirror Power off the moped, remove 1 screw M830 with 5.45mm Pentagonal bit, then take out the left rearview mirror. And remove the right rearview mirror in the same way. Remove the front cover of the handlebar Remove 4 screws ST4.212 on the bottom of the handlebar cover with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, hold the front cover and knock down the joint of the front and rear covers with the fist, then take out the front cover. Remove the throttle Disconnect the wire harness of the throttle, then pull it out. Remove 1 screw ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit on right side of the handlebar, and take out the right trim of the rear cover Loosen the screw M418 with H3 bit, and take out the throttle. Part 2: Assembly Install the throttle on the handlebar, Install the right rear cover trim of the handlebar, and fasten 1 screws ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·m. Pass the throttle harness through the brake assembly, and the outlet end of throttle contact the rear cover of the handlebar. Fasten the screw M418 with H3 bit, Torque: 2.5-4 N·M, connect the harness. Install the front cover of the handlebar Install the left rear cover trim of the handlebar, and fasten 1 screws ST2.96.5 with PH1 bit, Torque: 0.9-1.1N·m. Install the front cover onto the handlebar, clasp together with the rear cover, and then fasten four screws st4.212 with a 3.95mm bit. The torque is 1.9-2.7N·m Install rearview mirror Install the left rearview mirror on the handlebar, Align the screw holes, install the bolt M8*30, and fasten it with 5.45mm Pentagonal bit, Torque: 22-30N·M, then install the right rearview mirror in the same way.
