How to replace the pedal lock
Tool preparation: 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, PH2 bit, 10mm wrench, tweezers, Remove the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Remove 2 rubber stopper on the upper part of the front windshield, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then slap the connection between the panel and the front windshield, and take out the panel. Press down and eject the right foot rest, remove 1 screw M6 * 12 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, remove the right foot rest trim, and then fold up the right foot rest. Remove one screw ST4.214 with PH2 bit. Remove the 1 screw ST4.212 at the end of the right middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove 2 rubber stoppers on right side of the pedal, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the 3 screws ST4.212 under the right middle edge strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and then remove the right middle edge strip and trim assembly. Remove the screw st4.2 * 14 on the right front wall edge strip with PH2 bit, push up and remove the right front wall edge strip. Remove the pedal lock Remove 1 rubber stopper, then remove 2 screws ST4.212 on the lower part of the windshield with 3.95mm pentagonal bit. Remove the bolt M616 with 10mm wrench on right side of the front inner fender. Open the lock with APP and remove the pedal. Then disconnect the wire harness of the pedal lock, remove 2 screwsM616 with PH2 bit, then take out the pedal and the pedal cover. Remove 2 screws M512 with PH2 bit, take out the pedal lock cover and the pedal lock Part 2: Assembly Install the pedal lock Take the new pedal lock and install the cover, fasten 2 screws M512 with PH2 bit, Torque: 4.4-6N·M. Then install it from the side to the corresponding position, and fasten 2 screws M616 with PH2 bit, Torque: 7-11N·M(P28), Pull the wiring harness out from the right side and connect the harness. Fasten the bolt M616 on right side of the front inner fender with 10mm wrench, Torque: 9.8-14N·M. Fasten 1 screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and install 1 rubber stopper on the lower part of the windshield Install the footrest trim, middle edgings and front edge Install the right front wall side strip buckle on the front windshield, align the snap and push down the front wall edge strip, align with the screw hole, and fasten the screw st4.214 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Install the right-side middle edge strip, fasten 2 screws st4.212 on the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Then tighten one cross screw st4.212 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Fasten 4 screws st4.212 under the strip with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Pop out the right foot rest, install the right foot rest trim, and fasten one screw M612 with 5.45mm Pentagram bit, Torque: 7-11N·m, then install 2 rubber plugs Install the panel, buckle it to the front windshield, and fasten 2 pentagonal screws ST4.2*12 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·M, and then install the rubber stopper
