How to replace the rear fender

Tool preparation: 5.45mm mm pentagonal bit, PH2 bit, flat screwdriver, corner device, Electric screwdriver Part 1: disassembly Remove 1 screw M612 on the front of the fender with 5.45mm pentagonal bit. Remove the flat fork guard trim on both sides of the rear wheel with flat screwdriver, then remove the screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, and remove the left and right flat fork guard board. Then remove 2 screws M612 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit and take out the rear fender. Remove two fixing screws with PH2 bit, and take out the rear reflector. Part 2: assembly Take a new fender, install the rear reflector, pay attention to the reflector direction, and fasten two screws with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.2-1.4N·m Install the rear fender, align the screw holes, and fasten 3 screws M612 screws with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Install the left and right flat fork guard board, insert the limit device into the limit slot of the frame, and fasten the screws M6*12 on both sides with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Clip in the trims on both sides, pay attention to the left and right, with the font upward and close to the rear wheel.
