How to replace the handlebar

Tool preparation: 2.7mm pentagonal bit, 3.95mm pentagonal bit, 5.45mm pentagonal bit, 10mm socket wrench, PH2 bit, cable tie, scissors, electric screwdriver, 14mm wrench, 14mm socket wrench, tweezers, rubber hammer Part 1: Disassembly Remove the cowl panel and front inner fender Pull out the panel along the edge with force. Remove 4 pentagonal screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, then pull out the cowl panel with force. Remove the screws ST4.212 on both sides of the front inner fender and take out the fender. Remove the cowl panel connector upwards and cut off the cable tie. Remove the dashboard assembly Gently pry along the periphery of the side cover to remove the panel side cover of the dashboard. Remove the 4 screws M310 with 2.7mm pentagonal bit, take out the dashboard, press both sides of the terminal and disconnect the connection cable, and remove the dashboard. Remove the retaining clip to the right, remove 4 screws M510 with PH2 bit, and take out the fixed shell upward. Remove the handlebar cover Remove the 4screws with ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, remove 2 screws M612 with 5.45 mm pentagonal bit, then take out the back hidden line shell. Remove 2 screws ST4.29.5 with PH2 bit, then take out the front hidden line shell. Remove the combination switch Remove the screw M410 with 2.7mm pentagonal bit, then take out the left combination switch. And remove the right combination switch in the same way. Remove the brake assembly Remove the screws M612 with H5 bit and remove the splint on both brake assembly Remove the right brake assembly and status light from the handlebar. Move the brake handle assembly and left status light inward. Remove the left handlebar grip with the brake jig, then remove the brake assembly and status light from the handlebar. Remove the handlebar Take off the rubber of the handle lock, Remove flange nut M10, corresponding bolt and holding block with 14mm wrench and 14mm socket wrench, then take out the handlebar upward Part 2: Install the handlebar Install the handlebar Take the new handle and insert it into the tube. Pay attention to the direction of the handle. The big screw hole is in the front and the small screw hole is in the back Insert the tightening block into the bolt with the curved surface upward, insert the handlebar round hole from the front, and the curved surface fits the head tube with the notch upward. Install the corresponding flange nut on the other end of the bolt and fasten it with 14mm wrench and socket wrench, Torque: 45-54N·m Install the rubber sheet, the big round head covers the bolt (P26), the small round head covers the flange nut, and the two ends are screwed together. Install the brake assembly Put the left and right brake and statues light assembly on the handlebar in turn. Install the clamp plates, pay attention to the clamp plate positioning hook into the handlebar positioning hole, tighten the screws M612 with H5 bit, Torque: 7-11N·m Install the combination switch Install the combination switches, buckle them in place, and the gap is less than 1mm. Pay attention to wiring from the slot of combination switch and brake handle assembly to avoid extrusion. Then fasten the screws M410 with PH2 bit, Torque: 2.7-4N·m. Install the handlebar grip, make it in place with the rubber hammer, the gap between the sleeve and the plastic part is less than 1mm. Install the handlebar cover Install the front hidden wire shell. Pay attention to place the harness into the hidden wire shell, and fasten two screws ST4.29.5 with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7 N·m. Install the back hidden wire shell, the hidden wire shell should be buckled in place, fasten two pentagonal screws M614 with 5.45mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 7-11N·m. Then fasten 4 pentagonal screws st4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m Install the dashboard assembly Install the fixed shell upward on the handlebar, and fasten 4 screws M510 with PH2 bit, Torque: 3.4-5N·m. Install the retaining clip of the plug row to the left, Pay attention to the direction of the clip. Install the dashboard, plug in the terminal, pay attention to the direction of the terminal, and press the dashboard to snap the buttons. Fasten 4 screws M310 with 2.7mm pentagonal bit, Torque: 0.8-1.2Nm. Then install the dashboard side cover, pay attention to the limit holes to distinguish front and back of the cover. Install the cowl panel and front inner fender Arrange the wire harness and install the cable tie. Then install the cowl panel connector. Install the front inner fender, align the clips on both sides with the slots, and press in. fasten the screws on both sides with PH2 bit, Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m. Attach the edge panel to the frame, Pay attention to the alignment of the clip slot. Then fasten 4 pentagonal screws ST4.212 with 3.95mm pentagonal bit, and Torque: 1.9-2.7N·m.
