Tool preparation: Electric screwdriver, bit:T45, T30, T25, T10, T20, H2, ratchet wrench: 8mm, 11mm, 14mm, long-nose pliers, L-type 2.5mm hex key, Corner maker Operating steps: Remove the battery, and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery

2, 取下IOT总成(P1), 参考B200-C003更换IOT总成SOP Remove the IOT assembly(P1), and refer to B200-C003 SOP of replacing the IOT assembly

Remove the dashboard assembly(P2), and refer to B200-C002 SOP of replacing the dashboard assembly

Remove the left and right handlebar grip(P3, P4), and refer to B200-C007 SOP of replacing the handlebar grip

Remove the bell(P5), and refer to B200-C008 SOP of replacing the bell

Remove the left and right brake handle assembly(P6, P7), and refer to B200-C011 SOP of replacing the left brake handle assembly and B200-C012 SOP of replacing the right brake handle assembly

After removing the left and right brake handle assembly, remove the black split brake cable from the right brake slot(P8), and get gray brake cable from the handlebar with vertical tube left inner hole out(P9)

Use T45 bit to remove two screws M8×30 on the side of the handlebar with vertical tube (P10), then use T45 bit to remove positioning screw at the back end of the handlebar with vertical tube(P11)

Remove the handlebar with vertical tube up(P12)

Get a new handlebar with vertical tube, thread the headlight and the front main wiring harness through the handlebar with vertical tube side hole to the top (P13), Front brake cable through the front fork vertical tube hole(P14), Take the rear split brake cable from the right brake slot into the handlebar with vertical tube side hole and through the upper groove of the frame inclined tube(P15, P16), Install the handlebar with vertical tube downward

Use T45 bit to lock positioning screw at the back end of the handlebar with vertical tube (Torque: 5-6 N·m) (P17), then use T45 bit to lock two screws M8×30 on the side of the handlebar with vertical tube(Torque: 23±2 N·m), then fixed torsion: 25 N·m (P18)

Install left and right brake handle assembly, bell, left and right handlebar grip, left and right handlebar grip end cover in turn(Refer to B200-C011 SOP of replacing left brake handle assembly, B200-C012 SOP of replacing right brake handle assembly, B200-C008 SOP of replacing bell and B200-C007 SOP of replacing handlebar grip)(P19)

Connect wiring harnesses according to the instructions in the English notes at the junction of each pair of wiring harnesses (P20), and install the dashboard assembly after finishing, then use T20 bit to lock the three screws M4×12 on the dashboard assembly(Torque: 1.2±0.1N·m)(P21, P22)

Connect the wiring harness(P23), and install IOT(P24), Use T30 bit and corner maker to lock the two screws M6×16 on the back of the IOT(Torque: 3.5-4.0 N·m)(P25)

Fine-tune the braking steps: Refer to B200-C011 SOP of replacing left brake handle assembly and B200-C012 SOP of replacing right brake handle assembly

Install the battery(P26), and refer to B200-C004 SOP of replacing the battery
