Use 8mm and 14mm open wrenches to loosen the front and rear brake lock nuts and adjusting nuts (P1, P2) respectively, and successively remove the lock nuts, adjusting nuts, lock posts and spring dust cover (P3, P4).
Remove the 2 screws (P1) on the back of the IOT using the T30 batch head, extract the IOT(P2), and disconnect the wire harness connection (P3) on the IOT.
Remove the upper and lower brake line cards, loosen the connector female end of the front and rear brake lines (P8), and disconnect the connection between the front and rear segments of the brake lines (P9).
Remove the label (P10) on the surface of the instrument assembly; Using the T10 head, remove the 3 screws (P11) from the instrument assembly and locate the connection connector between the instrument assembly and the control wiring harness and disconnect (P12)
Move the vertical tube sheath up with the T30 head loose sleeve fixing screw (P13), remove the 3 screws on the vertical tube with the T30 head (P14), and remove the vertical tube assembly in the upward direction (P15).
Remove the front fender using the T20 batch head to remove the 5 fixing screws (P16, P17, P18).
Use an 11mm open end wrench to loosen the screw holding the front brake line (P19), pull the brake line down from the front fork (P20), and remove the brake line from the drum brake retaining hole (P21)
Take a new brake line, thread the brake line through the head pipe along the left side wall of the front fork through the brake limit (P22), thread the brake line through the drum brake positioning hole (P23), tighten the nut with an 11mm open wrench and a fixed wrench to fix the twist & draw the line, torque: 7N·m.
Take the fender, align the screw holes, and tighten the 5 screws (P24, P25, P26) of the fender with T20 head. The torque is 1.2±0.1N·m.
Take the handlebar assembly and vertical tube sheath, the small mouth end of the vertical tube sheath up, screw hole forward into the vertical tube (P23); Connect the brake line from the forehead to the brake line from the head pipe of the frame with the male and female ends of the connector, and pay attention to the one-to-one color matching (P24); Plug the instrument control bus terminal and control bus to the end, tidy up the wire harness, plug the instrument into the vertical tube, and use T10 batch head to lock the front and side of the instrument three screws (P25), torque: 1±0.1N·m; Take the instrument label and stick it in the groove on the instrument.
First tighten the hole between the vertical tube and the vertical tube adapter with the T30 head, then tighten the vertical tube screw with the T30 head & fixed twist drawing line (P26), torque: 10-12N·m; Remove the pre-tightened screws and place the vertical tube guard suit in place, so that the holes on it are aligned with the adapter and vertical tube holes (P27). The locking torque is 5-6N·m.
Install the upper and lower brake line card, take IOT, connect IOT wire harness (P28), IOT down into the vertical tube notch, the bottom first into the notch, and then the whole buckle into the vertical tube, hold IOT to prevent rebound (P29), using T30 batch head lock IOT fixed screw & fixed twist (P30), torque: 3.5-4N·m.
Install the front and rear dust cover and lock column (P31, P32) respectively. Please refer to the steps of B100-C006&B100-C007 for nut installation and brake fine adjustment.
