Guide to configuring loyalty tiers in Levy Fleets - create status levels, define benefits, and reward your best customers.

Loyalty Tiers

Loyalty tiers create status levels that reward your most frequent riders. As customers earn points, they progress through tiers and unlock additional benefits.

Navigation

Access Tier Configuration from Dashboard > Loyalty > Tiers tab.

Understanding Tiers

How Tiers Work

  1. Customer earns points through rides
  2. Points count toward tier progress
  3. Reaching thresholds unlocks new tier
  4. Higher tiers offer better benefits

Configuring Tiers

Creating a Tier

  1. Navigate to Loyalty > Tiers
  2. Click Add Tier
  3. Configure tier settings:
    • Name
    • Points threshold
    • Benefits
    • Icon/color
  4. Save

Editing Tiers

  1. Click on existing tier
  2. Modify settings
  3. Save changes

Changing Thresholds

Lowering a threshold may promote customers. Raising it won't demote existing members immediately.

Configuring Benefits

For each tier, set:

  1. Click tier
  2. Go to Benefits section
  3. Toggle available benefits
  4. Set values
  5. Save

Example Tier Structure

Bronze (Entry Level):

  • Standard pricing
  • Standard point earning
  • Basic support

Silver (500 points):

  • 5% ride discount
  • 2 free unlocks/month
  • 1.25x point earning

Gold (2,000 points):

  • 10% ride discount
  • 5 free unlocks/month
  • 1.5x point earning
  • Priority support

Platinum (5,000 points):

  • 15% ride discount
  • Unlimited free unlocks
  • 2x point earning
  • VIP support
  • Exclusive offers

Tier Progression

Earning Tiers

Customers progress by earning points:

  • Points from rides
  • Bonus points
  • Achievement points
  • Referral points

Customers see:

  • Current tier and badge
  • Points to next tier
  • Progress bar
  • Benefits of current tier
  • Preview of next tier

Tier Notifications

When customers tier up:

  • In-app celebration
  • Push notification
  • Email with new benefits
  • Updated app badge

Status Duration

Configure how long tiers last:

Demotion Rules

If using annual/rolling:

  • Grace period before demotion

Tier Qualification Period

For annual tiers:

  • Points reset for qualification
  • Current tier maintained during grace

  1. Add new tier
  2. Name appropriately
  3. Set unique threshold

Customer Tier Wrong

If tier doesn't match points:
