Guide to the Levy Fleets referral program - configure referral rewards, track performance, and grow your customer base.

Referral Program

The referral program turns your customers into advocates by rewarding them for bringing new riders. Both referrers and new customers receive rewards when referrals are successful.

Navigation

Access Referral Settings from Dashboard > Loyalty > Referrals tab.

How Referrals Work

The Referral Flow

  1. Share: Existing customer shares their referral code
  2. Sign Up: New customer registers with the code
  3. Ride: New customer completes qualifying ride
  4. Reward: Both parties receive their rewards

Referral Codes

Each customer has a unique referral code:

  • Auto-generated on registration
  • Can be customized (if enabled)
  • Shareable via app, SMS, social
  • Trackable for attribution

Configuring the Program

Enable Referrals

  1. Navigate to Loyalty > Referrals
  2. Toggle Enable Referral Program
  3. Configure rewards
  4. Save

Recommended

Use "First Ride" as the qualifying action to ensure real engagement and prevent fraud.

Referral Limits

Code Customization

Customers access their code:

  1. Open app
  2. Go to Profile/Loyalty
  3. Tap "Refer Friends"
  4. See unique code

Sharing Options

  • Share to social media
  • QR code (optional)

Using a Referral Code

New customers enter code:

  1. Download app
  2. Create account
  3. Enter referral code
  4. Code is stored
  5. Reward triggered after qualifying action
