Segway S90L Electric Scooter - Stem Atmosphere Lamp Repair Video

Remove IOT(P1) and replace IOT SOP by referring to S90L-C002. Remove the forehead assembly (P2) and replace the forehead assembly SOP by referring to S90L-C001.

Using the H3 head, loosen the 5 screws (P3, P4) on the atmosphere light assembly; Pull out the 5 rubber plugs on the instrument assembly, and using the T20 head, remove the 5 fixing screws (P5) of the instrument assembly.

Remove the instrument assembly, find the connection line between the instrument assembly and the atmosphere light disconnected (P6), thread the brake line through the forehead atmosphere light assembly, remove the forehead atmosphere light assembly (P7)

Take the new forehead atmosphere light assembly, pass the atmosphere light wire harness through the forehead hole (P8), connect the atmosphere light wire to the instrument (P9), use T20 batch head, lock the 5 fixing screws (P10) of the instrument assembly, and plug in 5 rubber plugs.

Use batch H3 head to lock the 5 screws between the forehead atmosphere light assembly and the forehead assembly (P11)

Install the forehead assembly (P12), refer to S90L-C001 to replace the forehead assembly SOP; Install the IOT and replace the IOT SOP by referring to S90L-C002.
